You go through the cumbersome process of looking for a volunteer opportunity you're qualified for, create an account and submit resume and other qualifications to be abruptly informed by email that interest in is no longer being accepted for it. Why is it still on your website? That's after waiting weeks for your application to even be acknowledged. Why bother? What a terribly managed operation. It's a bureaucracy that doesn't work well.

I wish i could give them a zero rating. One seemed to be the lowest i could go for these nasty people.I documented my report in detail along with the Farmington Connecticut location to the main headquarters at red cross.. both these locations should be shut down and everyone terminated.Absolutely despicable and disturbing and disgusting what these two locations did to me.

Nice people, great new clean office space. Excellent training session on CPR/AED & First Aid. The instructor for the course was engaging and personable and really taught us all a lot. Very nice guy and an excellent instructor. I highly recommend this Red Cross for classes.
