Not a trustworthy guy. Lived next door. I can't believe he has been in business this long. Having known him long enough, I thought I should inform the public. This guy, who calls himself Alex, is a thief and a liar. I wouldn't trust the guy with my bike let alone my car. He told me that he doesn't know anything about the modern cars and their electronics, yet, he is allowed to touch them because people trust him with their cars. I was surprised to learn that I know more about car electronic repair than he does. Anyway. There are other mechanics who are actually good.

It's a real great spot to bring your car the mechanics there is very knowledgeable and he won't take advantage of you even if you're a woman they really take care of people there

I went to fix my canister evap and got ripped off 400$ already and they still don't know what is wrong with my car and they never give a right price. Wrong call getting my car fixed. They might be good at something but sometimes they don't know what they are doing. I definitely want my money back because they took money and didnt do any job related to it.

These guys (Gino and his wife, Ilsa) are honest and hardworking. They know and recognize me. They do not try to jack up the price by doing more than is necessary, and they always do the job right the first time. The prices are very reasonable and the work is top notch. For example, I have a car that had shuddering brakes for years, that my parents had sold to me. Their mechanics said that it was just because the car was old. I took it to Gino at Alex's Auto Repair and he discovered that the front brakes, on the inner side of the disk brakes, had almost completely worn away. It required a lot of work to get in behind the wheel to see this, which is why the other mechanic missed it. Now the brakes work flawlessly. I have been coming to them for a few years now, after having a friend get screwed by a competitive shop that I had recommended to the friend, and I would never go back. My only fear is that the 5-star review will give Alex's Auto more business, thereby making the wait time for my repairs longer! (Although, right now, they generally get my car back to me within the day if not faster - yet another one of the perks). Could not recommend this shop any more.
