Company does not respond to calls or emails about existing claims..roadside service was called by Progressive and damage to my vehicle was done in November 2023, the quote for repairs and requested paperwork was submitted 2 weeks later and I have not heard from them since, it’s now mid February. Now I have to file a comprehensive claim through my insurance company who where the ones who contacted agero for the services. I highly recommend not dealing with this company , it has been extremely stress and very frustrating.

Agero is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not pay this company a penny of your money. Do not work for this company. You can make more money in a better environment anywhere else for the same job. This company is a scam. They scam customers and exploit tow companies. If you are paid by them (underpaid*) you are a part of a scam. You are profiting from a company that does not provide the services people pay them for. Quit. Work somewhere better. You are better than that. Do not apply to work here. If your insurance is partnered with agero, get a better insurance company that is not partnered with them and tell them Agero is the reason you are leaving. Any company that has a shred of care for their clients would not do business with Agero. If you have had an any experience with Agero, complain about it. Make it public. Make your voice heard, and actively search for class action law suits until you find one. This is the kind of company that gets class action lawsuits filed against it. If you see one, join it. This company should not exist. It is criminal.

On the afternoon of 6/3/2023, my car was parked in an open, pay to park lot in downtown Memphis, Tennessee. When we returned to the lot, we found our car with the sunroof busted, a screwdriver in the front seat and a non functioning vehicle (electronics would not work, keys did not work, no lights, etc). The police were called & a report was filed. They were able to retrieve fingerprints from the exterior passenger side of the car & I have the police report from the incident. I called my insurance hotline and a tow truck was dispatched since the car was not drivable. The tow truck arrived and we stayed to help. The driver drug the front bumper on the concrete while attempting to load multiple times (front facing, then rear facing), causing significant damage to the bumper that required it to be replaced. We requested the car be transferred to Desoto Auto Body. I received a call the following Monday morning from this repair shop stating that they instructed the driver to take elsewhere and that they never accepted the vehicle, so the driver left it unlocked with the keys in their open public parking lot out front with no protection. It rained over the weekend & caused damage to the interior roof upholstery. The vehicle was In their care & was left unprotected & unsecured without our knowledge. We had it immediately transferred to our local infiniti dealership, who then repaired the sunroof and electronics. After numerous attempts at reaching agero, I was contacted and instructed to obtain and provide quotes for the bumper and interior damage. After a very difficult and lengthy process, they agreed to cover the cost of the bumper but deemed the interior damage to be my fault somehow, thus refusing to cover this cost. This company’s blatant incompetence and disregard for quality service provision is both disappointing and disgusting. I had to pay out of pocket to have the interior cleaned by a specialty upholstery shop, who was still not able to get the stain fully removed. Replacement will be approximately $5,000 and agero has completely avoided any further attempts at resolution. I requested the case be escalated on 9/29/23 and have had no further correspondence from agero. As of today, there has been no effort on the agero’s part to resolve the matter. I was contacted by Anthony berry on 9/29 and was told that they determined the interior damage was my fault and would not be covering the cost. A report was filed with the better business bureau, who was unable to reach anyone at the company after 3 attempts. Avoid this corrupt and morally bankrupt business at all costs.

I had the worst experience possible dealing with Agero. My insurance company uses them as a third party to dispatch local tow companies. My experience includes untimely documentation, false documentation, failure to escalate call, refusal to transfer for escalated support, excessive hold times exceeding 1hr, failure to contact client, failure to contact insurance company, and providing false information regarding my vehicles location.I requested my insurance to file a complaint on my behalf and requested the same from every supervisor or manager with Agero I spoke with. In two days, I spent 6hrs on the phone with them trying to advocate for myself. If you ever have the choice in dealing with them, simply don't.

As a service provider working 7 days a week. Must say, I had no idea what I had signed up for. Half of the calls for Agero are charity work. Grind life is real when you have to scramble to stay in business. I used to wonder why other service providers are rude and unpunctual. Stress all day for little pay. Its a broken abused system but now I see the vision. Everyone should be able to afford a tow. Thank you to all insurance companies that give of their resources to help the vision. Please be patient. You can always find a mom and pop tow business and get reimbursed if your wait is long. Thank the generous clientele that keeps us going. Keep the grind going Agero! Dispatch efficiently to help us stay in business 1 good call 1 bad call

If I could give zero stars I would. On the way back from store one day...my car started shaking and making an engine knocking sound with my check engine light flashing. Everything that was happening matched an Engine Misfire issue. So I purchased Ignition Coils & Spark Plugs to fix the issue. If I continued to drive my car before changing those things it could damage my Engine, Catalytic Converter etc. So while I wasn't driving my car then my Battery died. Once I had the parts delivered I setup Roadside assistance to come out and fix the spark plugs which is stated on State Farm's site is covered by my policy. I verified that with multiple people at State Farm & AGERO (State Farms's Roadside Assistance company). Then later other people said it wasn't covered.I have been a loyal State Farm customer for 2 decades but I have been left stranded 5 days straight. Now I am considering cancelling my insurance with State Farm and changing to another company.I have an excellent driving record with no accidents or tickets in decades yet my insurance rate prices are continually hiked up higher and higher for no reason. I'm not happy with that but haven't complained because I believed that if something happened State Farm would be there to help. SADLY I WAS WRONG.Then when I actually needed to use some of the "Benefits" of my policy...I have been given the run around from State Farm & Agero pointing blame at each other and denying me help for verified coverage.I get Lies, False Assurances and Condescension as if I'm an idiot and I'm just happening to misread what is clearly stated in black & white on State Farm's app.****Mechanical Labor at the Breakdown site (up to one hour)****NOWHERE DOES IT SAY ONLY IF I PURCHASE OVERPRICED PARTS FROM STATE FARM/AGERO****We will not leave you stranded****That is complete b******* because I have been left stranded 5 days in a rowTHIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING and a great disservice to their customers which they clearly DO NOT care about.Either I'm given false promises to appease me temporarily until I'm someone else's problem to deal with or Im promised callbacks that I don't receive then ducking my phone calls. Also Agero gave me fake contact number that turned out to be a Pay Chat Line for guys to talk with girls. That is Inappropriate and Unprofessional. If I get charged for calling that number I will be even more livid than I am now. I have never been treated so badly by a company in my life.I used to have AAA for many years and never had a problem with them. My State Farm agent said I had Roadside Assistance with my insurance policy so I let go of my AAA policy. I now regret that decision. AGERO has been terrible and left me stranded, state farm has done the same.I have a Question.......Where is my "Jake from State Farm"????That is just more false advertising on commercials from State Farm that when you are in need of help you have a state farm agent go above & beyond and actually come out to help you.Unfortunately that has not been my experience.I DO NOT RECOMMEND STATE FARM OR AGERO.

1 Could not get service for 4 hours for a lock out of car. 2. Could not get assistance for a battery jump for 3 hours. 3 Could not even get a tow after 4 hours I got my own company and was told they would reinburse me. Took 5 hours to file a claim online. All calls to agents were useless and still fighting to get paid back for the tow I had to get myself. VERY FLAKY COMPANY

I requested a tow from a car accident they told me I had to pay 560 dollars to have a tow truck sent out and then could request reimbursement from my insurance later. I paid the 560. Then they called and asked me to pay. I told them I had already paid 560. They said I had to pay if I wanted tow truck. The tow truck driver shows up states no one has paid him. I show him my online bank card transactions so he takes car. Then he calls owner who tells him to bring to impound as they have not been paid. Now 6 days later my car is still impounded as Agero has not paid the tow yet and now I owe 560 to tow plus like 700 in storage
