I went in there to pick up some packages for FedEx. I repeatedly said "hello?" because no one was at the counter. The dog came running out, but Bob, the old codger working there, ignored me. Then he finally came out and informed him I was there to pick up packages and he rudely told me the stack of packages was right in front of me. And word is this isn't this only time ol' Bob has been rude and unprofessional. Good job Bob.

Do not go to this business to drop anything off. Worst customer service from the old man who works there. Told me he doesn’t scan QR codes because they make things too complicated and I had to get a printed label. He then told me he would print it out for me if I emailed it to him which I did. 1 came out blurry so he threw it away and said it hurt his eyes to look at, so I sent another one with clarity he could use. He then got frustrated because he had to put my boxed item in a bag. At the end of it all he charge me $2.99 for the bag, $2.00 to open the email and 2 copies at 25 cents each which of one he threw away. $5.71 total for what was supposed to be a free return. I’m not sure how he stays in business with his personality and poor customer service skills. My first and LAST time there.

I have been to this shipping location to ship back Ebay international purchases. The lovely gentleman working there, found me the most cost effective option, between USPS, FedEx, and UPS. I am a professional woman so I am not understanding why anyone would say they were not treated respectfully. I have been here many times and appreciate the service!

When you Google UPS store the store comes up I took three packages to the store thinking it’s UPS and the man said nope can’t do UPS so Google is not always right

I have also been shocked by this person who runs the store. I sincerely think he has something against women. Ladies heads up! Be on your guard and be ready for disrespect! It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I now drive 7 miles each way just to go to a different shipping store every week.

I never had to deal with anyone worse then the old guy that works in Express Business Center In Medfield Ma .And this is coming from someone that is trained to deal with a lot of different people , I try my best, more then one . Impossible...And in the front of a different Customer too , she couldn’t believed it to.I hope he retires soon because he doesn’t deserve to be the face of a big Majors Shipping companies like Fedex , DHL and UPS etc . Wow I am so shocked .
