The store has lots of nice items . However, on 2 occasions the same saleswoman was very off-putting. She complained about her husband, showed me some skin ailment she had and talked about her hot flashes. Not professional! I'm a customer, not a therapist and was uncomfortable hearing these things.

Love the selection of gifts--for a wide range of recipients and a wide price range. But I wanted to come on here to give a review for the excellent storekeeper we met there the other day. My toddlers selected a small gift and she went above and beyond in wrapping it and including them in choosing ribbon color, tissue color paper, etc. Stores like this aren't always thrilled when you come in with little ones and she welcomed them kindly. Thanks for brightening their day!

My 12 year old and I went in here to find a beanie hat for her friend. Upon entering we received a welcome grunt from the woman behind the counter. When my daughter politely inquired as to whether they had the hats, she was told "I don't think so" without so much as eye contact. The woman did not try to help her, did not point us in a direction where we could look as clearly she wasn't sure if there were hats in the store. We went to the back room just to make sure and she proceeded to stand there and watch us as if we were going to take a piece of China and put it under our sweaters. Pretty bad service I wouldn't shop here.

Such a great place to find just about anything! Beautiful, unique jewelry, adorable handmade "artsy" gifts and cards, even handbags and clothes! A comfortable place to come and browse. AND they are going to start art/craft classes SOON! Can't wait!

Butterfly Tree is my favorite place to shop for gifts for family and friends, and special purchases for me. Maria and her staff are super-helpful in finding the perfect gift!
