I love The Paper Store! Greatest lines of products for all occasions or just for yourself! Attentive happy staff. I've never left their stores without some kind of laughs and a smile on my face!

Racial discrimination experienced. Two friends and I entered to look at stuffed animals. One member of the store immediately started hovering while we shopped and seemed unhappy with us being there. As we browsed and held onto our products the lady then went to her manager to ask us if we needed help. We said we were alright and then she continued to hover. As we continued to look the lady once again got her manager and she asked us if she wanted us to hold onto the stuffed animals before we checked out. Once again we said no. She then repeated (specifically to my black friend) that she wanted to hold onto the stuffed animal if we planned to get it. It felt very intentionally charged and made all three of us uncomfortable and upset. Do better.

I have been a loyal customer of 'The Paper Store' for a while now. I have always had great experiences with their customer service and have never been disappointed with the business. However, today at a particular location, I had an unpleasant experience. Out of all the 'Paper Store' locations I have visited, I have never been profiled as someone who might steal. I had only come to this store to look at Pura Vida and JellyCats. Despite this, one of the associates told me that I had to leave my Pura Vida jewelry at the front counter. As I walked over to the JellyCats section, another associate approached me as if I was going to steal the jewelry. This made me feel disrespected and uncomfortable. When I entered the store and went to the jewelry section, I felt like all eyes were on me as if I was going to do something illegal. So, if you plan to look at jewelry in this location, be prepared for them to assume you're going to steal it. Just to clarify, I have been to multiple "Paper Store" locations and I've NEVER been asked to place my items at the front counter while I continued to browse. I won't be coming back to this location.

The store employee was ok. Seemed annoyed with a request for help. Didn’t bother to give a welcome like she did for a white male customer. Unpleasant.

A nice place, although definitely a woman's kind of store (my wife had a coupon, so off we went...). Quality merchandise and priced accordingly, but good value for the money.
