I live in Seattle and wanted to cheer up a girlfriend in the Boston area. I also wanted to do business with a woman-owned florist, so I found The Flower Pot and talked to Kathy. She was really helpful as my friend has some flower allergies. Kathy worked with me to put together the most beautiful arrangement for my friend! It arrived the next as scheduled. I absolutely recommend the high level of service and professionalism, plus the attention to detail, that The Flower Pot offers!

Absolutely amazing and beautiful floral arrangements, customer service top notch and the arrangements for my mom’s funeral were just incredible, exactly the look I wanted and even more! Ordered the day before Valentine’s Day, when the shop was super busy, but that didn’t matter, Cathy took the time to make sure she understood I wanted and really knocked it out of the park! The only place I will ever order flowers from, the most beautiful purple roses I have ever seen.

Ordered wrist corsage for my son for his prom date. Provided the color of the dress. It turned out really lovely. Not too heavy not too small, it came out perfect.

I ordered a tropical arrangement for my sister's milestone birthday. Kathy checked with her supply person, as to what he could get. She informed me and we worked together to get it just right. This place is wonderful. I ordered a funeral arrangement online, got a very kind phone call saying that they didn't have the flowers to make the exact one. I put my trust in Kathy at The Flower Pot and she came through in a huge way. The arrangement was beautiful, better than what I had selected online. I wish I had taken a picture of it, but you know, funeral + pictures = weird. Do not hesitate to call The Flower Pot for all your flower needs.

Called in the morning to see if a delivery could be made same day. Super friendly the whole way along, the flowers were beautiful and well arranged, arrived within a few hours for local delivery in Maynard. Thats 5 star service.
