I would LOVE to give a positive review to this place, as it is a small business and local to where I often need party supplies! I have tried to place orders with them twice - today and a year ago - for large orders of balloons (the first time was a bouquet delivery, and this time is for a large arch). Balloon arches are very pricey ($250 + $100 deposit + $20 delivery fee), but I am happy to support small businesses rather than the big corps, like Party City, etc. Unfortunately, Sugar Snap has been unable to accommodate either request for me! So disappointing! Sadly, they are not open Mondays and could not accommodate a balloon arch order I need for a Tuesday in two weeks because they open at 10am on Tuesdays. Again, I wish I could give you my business, but you have not been open when I need your services! Perhaps you would consider paying someone to come in an hour early to fulfill $300 orders? I know that times are tough and people don't want to work, but I'm sorry I could not order from you! :( I will try again, though!

Fun party place in downtown Maynard. Small, and thus limited selection, more skewed towards toys than I'd like. However, it's a local business staffed by helpful people. They were likely hit hard by COVID but have soldiered on so folks could keep having fun. Recommended for smaller party needs

I did not plan well and went graduation weekend to get balloons. Despite being incredibly busy the women at Sugar Snap were able to make it work. It made a big difference to us and we will be back next time we need balloons!

Was SO HELPFUL over the phone picking out a bunch of balloons for a 71 year old's birthday. We can't be together, so sending a bunch of balloons and a birthday boy hat for a family zoom really made all of our day. Reasonably priced, and local delivery!

The lady working seemed super stressed to have 2 customers and the phone ringing. She kept complaining about all the orders she had for the day and that she was by herself. I would have bought more but decided not to because she was so overwhelmed and didn’t want to add more to her day. So I just picked up the preordered balloons and left. When I called she was the same way. Super stressed and not a welcoming vibe. I would think people would be grateful to be so busy during a global pandemic. There are small businesses and restaurants closing everyday. I give it 1 star because of the customer service experience.

Sugar Snap is our favorite store.We moved to Maynard 2 years ago with our twin girls.They enjoy their daily walks with their grandparents, but the favorite part is when they stop by Sugar Snap and look at lovely colorful windows, balloons and toys.They are always greeted by wonderful people working there, and very often they come back home with the free balloons that they can not be more excited about.We also decorated their b day parties with the Sugar Snaps beautiful balloon arrangements, that were always ready on time, prepared as asked and with very affordable price.We can not be happier that our little town have such a great store that brings joy to all the kids that live here . They are always equipped with all the possible party supplies, great gifts and toys.Highly recommended!!

Great service! Niece's birthday is this weekend. Sadly due to COVID-19 can visit. I used their contact us form and received a call the same day. Deb was very helpful and upfront about the minimum for delivery and the delivery charge. She created a wonderful balloon bouquet of unicorns. She loved it. I also asked them to make a smaller bouquet for her 3 yr old brother. Her parents said the delivery guy made sure they knew who the balloons were from.

Love this place! Love bringing my daughter in to browse, it's so fun and the owner / manager is supper friendly! The prices are amazing for decorations and balloons. Great crafts and gifts too. I feel lucky that the store is close by !! :)
