This is one of the cleanest, well taken care of laundromats I've ever been too!

I really like the laundromat itself, but the account hold policy is ridiculous. 10.00 per swipe. So to do 3 loads of laundry, I have to have 60.00 free in my account for however many days. I'd wager that most laundromat users are not high income. How is this a good idea?
