“I went to the store in Littleton MA for some advice on a sculpture base I was making. Jim, who was helping me with this project, offered a solution that was both practical and cost-effective. His expert direction helped me produced the desired outcome that I was looking for. This will be my go to hardware store now even if it's a little bit further than the one I normally go to.”
“This store has all the hardware needs and more that you will find in the big box store. The manager and the staff are helpful with any questions you may have. Customer service is excellent and personable! It’s nice to have a local hardware store such as Aubuchon Hardware in Sudbury! Please shop local!”

117 Great Rd, Stow“Product was as described. Wasn’t sure if product was actually in store, but I called and the gentleman that answered the phone Allen, was extremely nice and tagged the product before. I actually even purchased it. Picked it up today. Pick up was very easy. Excellent service!”

61 Park St, Ayer“Everyone is so helpful and willing to help me figure out and locate exactly what I need to complete my projects. I also like visiting with Oreo during my visits.”
“Monnick is truly wonderful! After unsuccessfully trying Lowes/HD to get some keys copied I stopped here. They warned me the keys may not work as Chevy requires chipped keys, but I asked to try anyway. They happily attempted my request. Then once I got to pay I realized I left my card at home and my apple pay wasn't working. I was so embarrassed but they said no big deal, gave me my keys and said come back and pay later! I was honestly shocked! They didn't have to do that, but they did!And I'm happy to report the keys worked!”
“Concord/Littleton lumber has improved over the years and is continuing to do so. They always stock what I need, and answer any questions I might have on a project. All the employees including yard workers are quick to help those who need it.”
“I have to take a minute to acknowledge the professionalism of Manager Denise and Jay for making my purchase that was missing a few parts make everything right very efficiently.Shop here with confidence”
“A great family owned business. Excellent service and knowledgeable staff put them head and shoulders above every other hardware store. Since they are affiliated with True Value, the prices are good also as they buy in bulk with the big dogs.”
“I've been using Harvard power for various things usually for company's I've worked for over the years and now for myself and most the time for commercial name brand OEM parts. (the right parts the ones that work) that can take some time to get and usually expensive....for everyone including them. Never had a bad experience spending other peoples money or my own at Harvard power. Thank you”
“First time there. The place is a little on the small side, but they seem to have a pretty good selection. The place was very clean and organized. The staff was friendly.”
“The quality of tools has improved tremendously over the last few years and their warranty works well if you are a member of their club. I replaced several items without a receipt no issues.”
“Vickie in pro services was a big help with a miscommunication with us and our contractors. She was able to help us get the price we were looking for and made out experience a good one. Swing by and say hi She's very friendly”
“I get my mowers and snow blower serviced at Robinson's in Framingham. They've always done great work and return the equipment quickly. They also clean it! I have them pick-up and drop-off which is huge since I don't have a truck. It costs a little extra but is worth it.They even once picked up my girlfriend's grandparent's snow blower even though they are technically out of range. Now that's wanting to help! The service department is knowledgeable and friendly. I bought my Honda mower here, and will continue to support them any way I can.I have also rented a portable generator from the Hudson store when they didn't have it at Framingham, and they are just as awesome there!I love supporting this small business because they are so focused on helping me. That's hard to find at big box stores.”
“A model for what a local hardware store should be. Staffed by a mix of adults who know exactly how to help you. They also employ local kids who are usually pretty helpful, though they are just teenagers so manage your expectations! They are kids working a first job, and I see a lot of people (both in the store and on Yelp) mistake inexperience with rudeness. Selection is good for a local place, though more niche items may require a trip to a larger place. Importantly, they do not carry much of anything in terms of wood and lumber, though they have a decent power tool section, including Craftsman, Milwaukee, and Stihl. Painting, plumbing, hand tools, grilling, house care, yard care, and screws are examples of the areas they cover pretty well. Value is good as well, matching or beating that of places like Lowes or HD, and Ace is a local mainstay.”

29 Lake St, Hudson“My neighbor lumber yard who delivered to me just a small amount of quality lumber for the DIY swing. I'll ask them whenever I need lumber.I also met with Scott in their kitchen showroom and he helped me a lot to make our kitchen reno project plan clear. I do hope I can figure out the problem on my side and go forward with it.”

70 Andrew Ave, Wayland“Wonderful friendly staff who helped me not only design my new kitchen but also assisted me with the remodel of the doors and windows first AND the appliances to make it complete!”
“Dropped off a couple boxes for shipping via UPS. It was quick and easy. Years ago I purchased most of the lumber and hardware for my house here. Great customer service!”
“Picked up a clamp which cost around $2. It seems like there is minimum requirement for credit card (makes sense due to high credit card fees). Checked the car, no cash. They allowed me to take it as I needed the clamp. I will drop the cash later today. Nice guys. You wouldn’t get this level of service in big name stores like home depot”
“Took booking an appt 3 times to get a tech out here, but when Jim came he was thorough and knowledgeable. Professional and courteous.Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair”

210 Main St, Acton“This is your typical Ace Hardware and it has just about everything that you'll need if you don't wanna have to drive all the way to Home Depot. The people are friendly and the store is clean so I recommend this hardware store.”
7:30AM - 5PM
1 Nicholas Rd, Framingham“I have been a loyal customer for many years. I often go there with a "challenging project", for which there is no product made for the issue that I am trying to resolve. Rather than running the other way when they see me coming, they listen, think about it, (you can see the wheels spinning), and have ALWAYS been successful in finding a solution, sometimes, going as far as even taking the time to modify another item to make it work!! (Thank you, Joe!) Jeanne”

“Maynard is the best small shop for projects around the house. They always seem to have the most random part that is needed. I also always go to them for smoke detectors, CO detectors, heat detectors, etc. They have really good prices and great customer service!”
“It is a great service, when I arrived I was surprised with their attention and with their assortment of materials, also their prices are very competitive with large chains.... Pleasantly surprised and happy with the purchase.”
