The owner Duncan is very knowledgeable and understanding of BMW repairs and maintenance. He was nice enough to provide some guidance on a repair and couldn’t have been a nicer guy. Some shops don’t want to give an inch and tend to be solely in the business to flex muscle, not Duncan’s, great guy with a top notch approach to working with customers and riders alike. Duncan is a great guy. Clearly knows his way around old BMWs and loves them. It was a pleasure stopping by. He hasn't needed to work on my bike yet - The two times I've spoken to him he tells me how to fix and maintain the bike myself and sends me on my way! Really nice how open he is to sharing his knowledge and experience around these bikes. One day hopefully I can pay him back for his mechanical tips.

Duncan provides expert service for any BMW motorcycle. I recently bought an r75/5 and Duncan fixed all the issues with it at a reasonable price. My only regret is not going to Duncan sooner for my other Beemers - I’ve been in the area for 10 years and just found this place. If you want personal attention and the job done right go here .... and stay far away from GBM in Arlington

Duncan is an old-world artisan. He not only harbors a vast and intricate knowledge of BMW bikes, he also possesses a sixth sense – a particular sound or smell might have him zero in on an issue in a minute that might take another mechanic an hour two of disassembly before stumbling upon the source. Duncan is a great resource for everyday BMW maintenance items as well as those hard to get parts for vintage BMW cycles. Excellent workmanship on everything done in his shop.I was having trouble with the seat on my 2002 R1150RT - it was too high and I was on tiptoes when stopped. Duncan pulled a low seat in like-new condition off the shelf and sold it to me for a fraction of what BMW would charge. I didn't even know that kind of seat existed!
