“The service, quality of information , & patience with my questions, was above and beyond. Over the phone. She spent over a half hour talking with me to set up a new account after 22 years off of my mother's. It was sad to see my account go from 22 to 0. But that's a me problem. She was wonderful. Lisa, she started me a new membership with an amazing discount. I thought I was calling Framingham but believe she was out of a Connecticut office, thanks Lisa!”
“The ATM is located down a set of stairs that is between Louis Vuitton and the bathroom, once down the stairs you it is to your left. You can also see it when entering the mall from that area through the parking garage. There's a huge LED Chase logo, you can't miss it.”
