I would not recommend this agency. I dealt with this office since 2021 and it was the worst. I called to have rental added to my policy 3 months ago and when I got into a car accident I found out rental was never added. When changes were made to my policy I was not aware. I called the office to ask why and said they will contact me and I never got call back that I have to call several more times. I would not recommend do not waste your time.

I recently had an extremely stressful situation I wouldn’t wish on anyone. My car was TOTALED!!!!! BY RODENTS!!!! Colburn group (JEN DEMELLO especially) was there every step of the way making it so much more bearable! Wouldn’t go anywhere else for insurance, and I have recommended numerous people to them!!

Hi i am a hot mess, and call this group of people often. Jen, Evelyn, Ashley I shouldn't know my insurance company workers by name but I do. I have 2 cars and a trailer insured by SafeCo through Colburn. They're very prompt and responsive.Thank you Colburn Group.
