When our homeowner's insurance cancelled us after 12 years because they now classified our home's location as a coastal risk, Rogers Gray barely lifted a finger to help. They sent me an email saying I was lucky to have had such an affordable policy before, but that it was going to go much higher with any new insurer and it is what is. Here are your options. They presented me with few options and when I wanted to engage about different deductibles and such I was told to just fine tune one option and go from there. That isn't how I make decisions. I want a full and complete narrative so I can make an educated and informed decision. Disappointed in that reply, I asked RG to give me deductible options for a given option. More than a week later, there was no reply. On my own, as a layman, I found an A+ rated insurer that will provide us with the coverage that I want at a higher premium than before, but lower than the limited options RG provided.I reached out to another agent who worked with me to get me insured with that insurance company. He provided the options with different deductibles that I requested ( as I did to RG ) and he replied! He offered great suggestions. We spoke on the phone and through emails. He EARNED my business.Do yourself a favor, shop around and seek out a company that is willing to try and help. Seek out a company that is more concerened with YOU than merely the commission they will get from the policy they saddle you with.-----------I find the owners reply below to be laughable. They say they tried 13 companies but no one would write my policy because of coastal risk except those 3 high priced options they provided. I tried to fine tune one of the options RG gave me by asking for premium costs at different given deductibles. I did so with no reply from RG.I say again, I as a layman found an A+ rated insurer that would insure for a premium cost less than options RG presented. I stand by my review of 2 stars. I am very happy with my new policy and the customer service provided by my new agent.

Every single year, this company gives me problems and is a complete nightmare to work with. Customer service is horrible, they don't take the time to explain things to you and assume you are "just confused and don't know what you're talking about." From writing incorrect policies with incorrect dates (time and time again) to not sending me invoices, needless to say, we will not be coming back when our renewal comes up next.

Doesn't listen to customers needs for rental insurance. Doesn't seem to be liked by insurance companies; therefore doesn't have a huge offering to choose from for rental properties.

Had GH insurance which was sold to Rogers gray. There is absolutely no customer service. It has been almost a year for my house insurance claim. The claim was wrong . They sent assessor from Alabama who didn’t have the right software. Emails to Rogers gray just passed me off to people I don’t even know. I had to do ALL the work to try to get house fixed. So if you want to pay enormous fees and do all the work yourself then Rogers Gray is for you.

I payed into insurance for house and car. After the big windstorm. The house was damaged. Assessor came from Alabama . Different area of the country , whose database is not for the northeast. Rogers and gray did not help me one bit . It is ironic that you say you value customers, and do nothing to help me. Look at all my emails begging for help . Still haven't fixed window or house because the money is a joke. I can't find a contractor who will touch it . If you really say you can help call me on Monday 3-14-22. If not then I will know to get rid of you. Kevin Dunn

We worked with GH Dunn to switch over our auto and home owners policies. They were able to increase our coverage and save us some money. Their team is excellent, great to work with and made this a pleasurable experience. I would highly recommend them.

home, car and business insurance, any one of these can bring a level of anxiety i just didn't want to face, but after over 20 years i have never had an issue or a problem. insurance for my home, the team at Dunn Insurance walked me through the process and even make suggestions to the policy that actually worked in my benefit. when i started my business, Dunn Insurance helped through the process which was scary and unknown to me. everything worked out. recently my son bought a new used car which he financed from a third party. Dunn Insurance went above and beyond helping him work through some confusion between the dealer and the bank to get him on the road. the comfort and ease of working with Dunn insurance has be fantastic.
