“I needed to mail a small parcel, & found this post office to be awesome. Street parking was easy. There was no line, & they had just the right sized padded envelope I needed. Alan was the employee who helped me, & he was so kind & attentive. Would definitely recommend them for post office needs ??”
“Honestly usps is never really easy to deal with i have had my problems in many towns over the years, but i have to say as inconvenient as the usps can be at times Fairhaven is one of the good offices for sure i have had my problems but for the most part they were fix and i dont have anything bad to say. Iv aleays been helped when asked and my mailman is awesome.”
“Rob, Warren, and a female employee whose name I didn't catch were extremely helpful and nice when I needed some information about my package. I really appreciate them making the effort to help me!I took 1 star off because of the supervisor, who I had spoken to on the phone. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name. She was extremely rude and flat out lied so she wouldn't have to help me. I knew she was providing false information but had no way to prove it (until I went in-store and the employees helped me do exactly what I had asked her).”

“I was at the Rochester Post Office yesterday, and realized how tough their jobs are. Long days on the feet, (always) impatient people,overloaded from holidays... I realized I had been guilty of being impatient often. I decided to regroup, give them a break and bring my phone in to answer emails if I have to wait. They have always been helpful, and they care about us! We use the USPO a lot and appreciate the convenience!”
“A package sent to me from my dad was super delayed and he was concerned it got lost in the mail. I told him it was likely due to the world-wide shipping issues that are happening due to covid-19, but he asked me to call to check on it.I called my local West Wareham office, and I wish I could remember the name of the woman I spoke to! She was wonderful. Dealing with shipping issues is super stressful right now for everyone, including USPS employees. This employee was nothing but kind, reassuring, helpful and knowledgable. She even told me she would look through their afternoon shipment to see if it was there.I was able to reassure my dad and my package did indeed end up arriving when she predicted it would. Great service.”
“I’ve never had a problem going here. I go here every month to get money orders for rent and they are nice and courteous! I accidentally left my wallet there one day had to run back and it was after hours and they let me in and gave me my wallet. Very nice customer service!”
