Very nice people and shop.Left a Chelsea Banjo clock for estimate at $975.00.I declined and brought it to a shop who specialized in Chelsea clocks.I had it repaired for $175.00 in two weeks,not 7-9 months.

The place to go if you are in need of repairs to your Grandfather clock, Grandmother clock, Mantle, School....ect. I absolutely reccomend this shop.

After having had no luck finding a shop in R.I. to repair a battery powered clock, I found Pen and Pendulum on the internet. A phone call was answered courteously and I was told that they would gladly take a look at my clock. I drove from Middletown RI to Mattapoisett. The staffWas very professional and assured me that they could effect a repair in one week's time. True to their word, they called three days later to say that the clock was repaired and for the estimated price. I couldn't be happier with my dealings with this firm!

Absolutely superior service and workmanship. My Chelsea clocks worked on by them nearly keep time to the minute every week. They are extremely friendly and wonderful to work with. You simply cannot go wrong by going here- and this comes after having tried a few other shops in Massachusetts and having a terrible experience. I can not recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic, talented family who have been repairing clocks for possibly 30 years! The owners are wonderful people devoted to their work. They also have a great gift shop with lots of unique items including clocks of course :)
