Cheryl and Tilly are both super friendly and helpful and go way above and beyond to ensure a good experience. Fedex damaged my daughter's computer and Cheryl made sure it was all taken care off in a very expedient manner.

This place is great. Always helpful every time I go! Easy. They clearly filled a great need in this area because there's no FedEx store very close. I'd rather support a local business anyway. Ignore the bad reviews here, they're all false. The place is immaculate and a wonderful experience every time.

I've been to Mail Box Services maybe a hundred times to ship packages, send back Amazon returns, get documents notarized, buy shipping materials and cards ... you name it. Why do I keep going back? Because they are terrific people, competent at all that they do, reasonably priced, and convenient.

Sooo helpful and friendly!We had a bunch of big, awkward shaped stuff to mail across the country and Austin went out of his way to help.Friendly, efficient, affordable. Highly recommend. Thanks Austin, you are the man.

I can't give it a zero: so I'll give it a 1. This place is very expensive. Stamps were nearly double what they would be at the post office, and you can only buy a book of them, nothing less. I was in the laundromat next door while the manager of mailbox services and an employee were having a huge fight. The poor laundromat lady was running over to shut the doors, but you could hear screaming throughout the whole building. Also beware of the reviews on this page. Jessica Charron and Bruce Rocha, who both gave five star reviews, are the manager and owner so of course they will give good reviews. Pretty deceiving.

I really enjoyed my experience at Mail Box Services. The staff were very friendly and patient with me as I wasn’t sure how I wanted to pack and ship my items. They were knowledgeable and happy to answer all of my questions. I was impressed to learn they also offer mailbox rentals that are VERY reasonable and allow you to have packages shipped to you via UPS FedEx and Amazon. Thank you for the exceptional service!

Walked in with USPS and UPS packages and the woman proceeded to tell me why she couldn't help me with any of it. "Too late in the day, Amazon package has to go to the UPS store, do you have a label? It will cost you $3". Total waste of time, never going back.

Everyone here is always kind and provide quality helpful service! Very professional and I feel confident my packages will safely get where they are intended to go. We drive out of our way to use this location because their customer service surpasses the others in the area.

I had a wonderful experience using the notary service here with Gail. She is the nicest and most knowledgeable notary I’ve ever had! I also wanted to add that this is a very safe facility with masks required as well as only allowing 4 customers in at one time! I will definitely be back if I ever need to send a package or if I ever need a document notarized!

Catherine was wonderful in helping me ship my package to Portuguese! She provided me with the best cost saving method and made sure the address label was correct. I definitely recommend using mailbox services for all your shipping needs. Thank goodness this package all set!

EXTREMELY OVER PRICED, you can get boxes for a small fraction of the price if you drive 5 minutes away to the UPS store. I bought the same boxes for a total of $15 and at Mailbox Services tried to charge $102. I was told, in a patronizing way, that the boxes are so expensive because they need to ship the boxes to the store. Maybe I'm wrong but I think everything is probably shipped to their store since I didn't see a box production facility anywhere in the store.UPS store will also not give you a hard time for not knowing the exact dimensions of the boxes you need and will show you options. Mail Box Services does not have any boxes on display and has a long list of box sizes without prices. When I went to return the boxes (10 minutes later) because of the exorbitant costs after I price checked, I was told "I thought you would be back because you didn't know what you needed", right after I explained the boxes were too expensive.THEY ALSO CHARGE A $5 "RESTOCKING FEE" FOR RETURNS WITHOUT TELLING YOU.

Staff will pack and ship your items as if it were their own. Their knowledge in shipping with each carrier and the services they provide makes crossing off items on my to do list super easy.
