Complete scam. Tried to do business with them. Sent a broken product that took 5 months to get here and is now giving me a problem on getting a refund. Had to go to the lengths of charging back.

My husband has been building an elaborate custom Trackhawk for the last year. He is very picky about installing quality parts. There have been multiple occasions when Chad at Black OPS has walked my husband through installation procedures. On one occasion, I was at the shop with my husband and my husbands personal mechanic was having an issue installing a part. My husband called Chad at Black OPS and he quickly solved the issue by telling the mechanic how to install the part properly. Then Black OPS followed up twice with my husband to ask if there were any more issues because he knew we were picking up the vehicle and immediately going on a road trip. Black OPS service is second to none! Chad is my husbands “go to” source for custom parts.

Black OPS Auto Works has been vital in the customization of my Trackhawk. They provide quality products and stand behind them 100%. I have so many Black OPS products on my vehicle that I can’t name them all; carbon fiber, Jeep delete panel, hood, front and rear differential bracing, lowering springs, rear suspension arms, brake rotors and ceramic pads and more. I couldn’t have built the vehicle without the great communication and technical knowledge of the owner, Chad and his team. He always guides me in the right direction. The latest communication with Chad was yesterday. I contacted him via FaceBook with a suspension issue. Within 30 seconds, he sent me a picture, pointing out that my billet adjustable rear arms were installed wrong by my mechanic. This was not Chad’s fault. On another occasion, my hood installer (not affiliated with Black OPS) was having an issue adjusting the Black OPS hood. Within moments, a Black OPS technician contacted me via FaceTime and walked us through the adjustments and corrected my issue. I can’t say enough good things about Black OPS!!! Service, knowledge, experience and care for customers vehicles is what Black OPS is all about.

The only reason I give one star is because theHood looks nice.I purchased a sniper hood for myJeep Trackhawk and although it looks nice, don’t think the price and details are where it ends. Here are the following issues I’m having/had.1. No one answers for their customer support, ever. If they do it’s usually days later.2. I had to spend and EXTRA $700 to order 7 OEM vents that didn’t come with the hood. Black ops claims that too many people were complaining so they didn’t include the vents anymore.3. You will have to buy rain guards to put under the vents which cost me another $140 which they failed to tell you because the vents are right over the intake.4. The biggest issue I’m having and the most important probably is they claim on their website that the hood is slightly lighter than OEM. However, after installation, my hood strut will not support the weight of the new hood which tells me the new hoodies actually heavier and it is falsely advertised on the website. This is the issue that I have reached out to them for and have failed to get a response for over a week.Disclaimer: I spent about $1400 for the hood plus about $850 in parts for the hood $900 for paint and installation, and I got a hood that won’t stay up (no pun intended). Before you buy just know this is what you’re in for.

Custome service is a lost art these days but that came to an end today. I've been buying parts for a drag racing car for the past 5 years. I've had endless attempts to get people on the phone for customer service and I have to say this place finally fit the bill. I ordered a part and I had some confusion with the order. I called the number listed and ultimately was not able to connect with anyone. Not even a minute later Alex called me back to explain everything with my order to put me at ease and I couldn't be happier with their service.

Absolutely TERRIBLEI don’t know what the problem is but everything had a problem. The service took weeks to get a single response and after I buy something I need to buy something else or the part doesn’t fit!!! After two months of patiently waiting for the CORRECT PARTS FOR THE CORRECT VEHICLE, the parts don’t even fit WHEN THEY ARE MADE FOR THAT CAR. At this point I won’t be buying from the company anymore. $60 for two small hoses that I could get at a hardware store

Customer service is TOP NOTCH!!! I have ordered many parts from many different companies over the years and unfortunately the customer service I am used to when dealing with in this industry is nothing to brag about. If you own a Trackhawk, Hellcat/SRT, Scatpack, or R/T, these are guys you HAVE to work with for mods (performance or aesthetic). Their pricing is very competitive and customer support is world class. They're very communicative and they get the job done for you. With COVID impacting nearly every avenue of businesses related to car builds/repairs, these guys find a way to make sure customers are 100% happy and satisfied with their purchase and overall experience. Again, if you need anything (brakes, shocks/springs, intake, headers, wheels, hoods, full exhaust systems, etc.), stop shopping around and just go to their site, you won't regret it.
