We had a wonderful experience with NK&B, Traci was amazing, very knowledgeable and patient. I was extremely impressed with her level of detail as it relates to measurements and final design elements. As a contractor myself and having done the install myself I was extremely impressed with the level and care with which the cabinetry was packaged and delivered, not one item was damaged. I highly recommend NK&B, great cabinetry options and quality, at great price points. Easy financing options were also available which helped make our new kitchen a reality.

Organized. Responsive. Thoughtful. From purchase to installation everyone on their team knows what they are doing. This kind of organization sets them up for success. They helped me with a big kitchen remodel and a small bathroom remodel and both were outstanding

The staff at Norfolk Kitchen and Bath Boston are so helpful and kind. Malaika is so knowledgeable. She made the process enjoyable and easy. She gave great insight and design advice. I learned so much. I highly recommend going there. Ask for Malaika!

To summarize my experience; I was deeply upset/stressed pertaining an issues with my purchase. However after reaching out to Benjamin (owner) and discussing the issue, his response gave an immediate sense of relief, I felt less stress/agitated. Benjamin and the store manager (Eric) acted on, and resolved the issue in a timely manner. I feel valued and appreciated as a customer. "by the way my cabinets are absolutely amazing" great quality!!

We worked with Merry to design a new construction kitchen and were extremely happy with the experience. Merry was easy to get in touch with, professional, responsive to email/phone calls, and - most importantly - provided so much helpful advice and guidance for our kitchen design. I really appreciated her sharing what works for her and her family in their own kitchen and how we can maximize functionality and efficiency in our own.
Norfolk Hardware had a great selection of cabinets, finishes, designs, and hardware - available at a wide range of price points. The lead time on their semi-custom cabinets was also the best we were able to find - which was very important for us.
I would highly recommend Merry and the entire team at Norfolk Hardware!

I had the privilege of working with Malaika on my kitchen design and cabinets. I must say she was well knowledgeable about the products. She always made time for me to come in and change my mind, or change the design or the color. She would do it without a grumble or fuss. She was very patient with me especially when I know I'm very hard to please and she was able to please me with sales of my cabinets.

Norfolk Kitchen did a good job in our kitchen and floor. They were able to walk us through the whole process and the final product is beautiful. We highly recommend Norkfolk Kitchen to do the job if you need a new floor or a new kitchen.

Norfolk made it possible for me to do a full renovation of my kitchen: new floors, new lighting, new cabinets, new appliances. The work done in my home by Steve Costa, and his crew Mentor and Pellumb, was fantastic. I appreciate their attention to detail, their care in cleaning up, and the wonderful work they performed!

Melissa Shaw at Norfolk Kitchen and Bath in Boston was an extraordinary resource. Her detailed knowledge of the cabinetry options and finishes was a huge help during our design process. She came up with smart solutions and helped me better understand how to maximize the space and functionality of our kitchen. She worked tirelessly to measure and revise the design to make sure everything was perfect. She often pulled up photos she had taken herself from the manufacturing facility to better demonstrate many of the built-in options and how they operate. Pictures can only do so much, her deep knowledge and enthusiasm for these types of details were unparalleled. She did not overwhelm us but listened to what our concerns were and needs. She was forthright in pricing and timing info which was crucial in keeping us on track. She kept in regular contact and followed up after install to make sure everything was working as she designed. She's a gem, wonderful to work with and a real highlight. Kitchen design can be stressful. Melissa made it a pleasure.

What a disappointment!In the beginning I was very excited to work with the designer for my kitchen project. After I received the kitchen cabinets, I was beyond disappointed. And when I spoke with the designer and the manager but pretty much nothing could be done. Lack of professionalism. I had the absolute best service from Malaika Minor. I walked in looking for cabinets to complete a project. I had measurements but not enough. I had pictures and unbeknowing to MalIka Minor… I was working on a budget donated to me because they believe that housing is s human right. They believe in the power of we. I needed the numbers so the price of the cabinets would be approved. Malaika educated , explained and never gave up on me. I wanted to keep the bottom cabinets and get new cabinets…. When it didn’t make since she figured it out!!! Thanks Malaika for being absolutely diligent in making sure I will be happy with the space I need to be functional comfortable , easy on the eyes. She did it!!!! My Ophra!!!

Huge shout out to the team we worked with at Norfolk Kitchen & Bath! Our designer, Katie, was super patient with me as I took a long time to finalize my bathroom design. Once the design was in place we had the absolute pleasure of working with Dan as our project Manager. I loved that Dan would let us know which workers were coming every day - he would send me their name and time of arrival. The workers were always on time. Every worker that came to our house was incredibly professional, respectful and kind. Our tile work was installed by USA Tile, lead by Lindomar and was done beautifully. We love our remodeled bathroom and can’t thank our team at Norfolk Kitchen & Bath enough. Definitely a 5 star experience!Services: Tile work installation

We worked with Malaika to design my client's dream kitchen and she was great to work with! She had answers to all our questions and replied to all correspondence quickly. She also had some great recommendations to maximize the small kitchen. Would highly recommend working with Malaika at Norfolk Kitchen & Bath, she's the best!
