“Great Quest location, the woman who works here is very nice and good at drawing blood, even for small hard-to-find veins. You can make an appt or do a walk-in, just register with the tablet in the office. For walk-ins there's an option to wait in your car or the lobby and get a text when it's your time for the appt which is a good feature.”

She has to be the coolest, most calming woman I’ve come across in a while. I went in, anxious was an understatement. She was super cool about it and just made the interaction fun. NORMAL chit chat, as if were her friend…. All of a sudden, she say ok small pinch, conversation continued as if nothing else was happening and then I was DONE!

“Getting there was extremely easy, I was about 15 minutes late and the system gave me the option to reschedule my appointment for an hour later. I decided to wait in the waiting room and then the location was not very busy so the nurses performed the procedure well before I expected to wait. The place is very clean, organized and welcoming. Excellent customer service. My only complaint is that my Verizon internet service had connection issues inside the location.”

“I’ve seen 3 different doctors here over for the past 10 years and they’ve all been exceptional including their entire care team and staff.Dr. Diaz, Dr. Lee, and Dr. Driscoll as well as all the front desk staff and their lab staff have been amazingly kind and helpful and take their time to explain things to make sure you understand and I was also pleasantly surprised with their follow up calls to explain lab results that were taken elsewhere.Nothing but good things to say.”
“Hands down the best MRI process I’ve ever had I get claustrophobic and have crawled out of MRI machines this place is truly special they even play music in your headphones while you get an MRI and have open machines so you don’t feel like a sardine thanks guys”
“I gave this place a solid 4 because I use it very frequently and had never had a bad experience there. Nonetheless, be ready when your turn comes around. That means having your prescription sent to the staff, creating an account with quest, picking a time ( there are few, so plan ahead). The staff is helpful and filled with empathy. Anyone giving a bad review to this spot are generally walk-ins and will have to wait online a while before being seen. Follow the steps above and you’ ll be just fine”
“Yes, this lab is only for Fenway Health patients. I have used this location for many years and the team is always great. I know there might be a wait, so I plan accordingly. When I go over to Fenway, it's usually for multiple things so I just incorporate lab work into what I'm already doing. Besides, if it's a long wait, there's a Target right across the street!”
