“Great Quest location, the woman who works here is very nice and good at drawing blood, even for small hard-to-find veins. You can make an appt or do a walk-in, just register with the tablet in the office. For walk-ins there's an option to wait in your car or the lobby and get a text when it's your time for the appt which is a good feature.”

“Convenient, fast and efficient! Great location with very easy access. “Walk in” service with self checking in( very easy) and waiting time less than first suggested. All the results were uploaded to make account that I created( email and password), in the next morning and another part on late afternoon. “It was a very good experience since my arrival. They have plenty of parking space and it's free. the LAB is on the first floor. When you walk in everything was very clean and very hygienic. the staff were very professional and friendly. It was my first visit and they took the time to explain the entire process to me and Even though they had to explain the entire process, it was very quick I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know.”

“I’ve seen 3 different doctors here over for the past 10 years and they’ve all been exceptional including their entire care team and staff.Dr. Diaz, Dr. Lee, and Dr. Driscoll as well as all the front desk staff and their lab staff have been amazingly kind and helpful and take their time to explain things to make sure you understand and I was also pleasantly surprised with their follow up calls to explain lab results that were taken elsewhere.Nothing but good things to say.”
“Booking an appointment (or simply walking in if you're able to wait) is a breeze. It's recommended to arrive 20 minutes early for your appointment to ensure a smooth experience. Upon arrival, you check in using their tablet and then patiently await your turn.
Once called, you enter a space where communication is crystal clear. The staff, comprised of two delightful ladies, exude warmth, patience, and friendliness. They prioritize your comfort throughout the process, ensuring you're at ease every step of the way.
I've always struggled with multiple needle attempts due to elusive veins, typically requiring 3 to 4 tries. However, to my amazement, they nailed it on the first attempt here!
Got the results next day!!!”
“Yes, this lab is only for Fenway Health patients. I have used this location for many years and the team is always great. I know there might be a wait, so I plan accordingly. When I go over to Fenway, it's usually for multiple things so I just incorporate lab work into what I'm already doing. Besides, if it's a long wait, there's a Target right across the street!”
“APPOINTMENT ONLY. Yes it advertises walk ins, but you are just gambling. There were at least 5 people waiting for over several hours at this location, however, the lady who drew my blood was extremely efficient and professional. I know it’s difficult to find time and postpone labs, but please, you will save yourself so much time in the long run by going on their website and booking a later date.
Also there is free 2 hour parking on mass Ave. DO NOT pay for the parking lot, it is not free.”

“The person who drew my blood was awesome! He was so good, I didn’t feel a thing. I don’t have the best veins but he was very precise and made it all work out. This location had more availability to book appointments. As I had an appointment they saw me a few minutes before scheduled and I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Very impressed.”
