There is nothing Frugal about Frugal Furniture. Some of the bigger furniture stores have better prices than this place. You just have to look for it.

I went to look for a sofa this morning. The furniture on display is covered with dust and the place is dirty. The employee that approached us was rude. I will never go back there.

I call the store on blue hill Ave and no one doesn't answer the phone now on their website they say close at 6pm so someone should be there now I have to go up there tomorrow to find out about the living room set I brought from there because o one wants to answer the phone

Now that I officially have my refund and I no longer have to deal with these peopleDO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!! ZERO STARS!!!!!BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, INCOMPENTENT DELIVERY DRIVERS/SET UP TEAMI literally was on my fourth bed with this company starting since February up until nowLong story short do not do it to yourself!!! The furniture is cheap and poorly set up and my stuff arrived damaged numerous times !!!!And do not get me started on the females at customer serviceOh and the warehouse manager and general manger who will avoid and duck and doge you and your callsJust take your money and go to bobs or Jordan’s and get better quality furniture that may cost you probably less in the first placeIt took for me to have numerous pieces of furniture arrive damaged or poorly set up and my infant almost being injuries when the bed collapsed and me threatening them with court to get my damn money back

I had a wonderful shopping experience at Frugal Furniture. I needed an affordable mattress and box spring. Yvens helped me find the best mattress I could afford and coordinated a speedy delivery. When the box spring didn't fit through my narrow stairway, he helped me fix the problem and had the replacement sent in a timely manner. Wonderful experience overall.
