DON'T BUY AT THIS STORE!! I used to work here, and they would sell expired goods by changing the dates. They would sell rat bitten goods by repackaging them, the sea moss would sometimes have roaches in it, and they still would repackage and sell them. THE OWNERS ARE NASTY PEOPLE!!!

I bought 3 bags of pre-packaged sugar cane. When i got home, i realized that the product was sour and slimy. I called the store and spoke to a female. I explained my situation to her and her only response was thank you. I felt that this could have been handled much more professionally by at least offering some kind of refund.

On September 26th, 2022 I purchase some items from Caribbean Choice & Varieties and when I returned home I noticed the items were past the expiration date of December 2021 and had a foul odor. I returned the next day on September 27th, 2022 to the vendor who was hostile and refused to take the returns. I was demeaned by the cashier and another male employee. They tried stealing my receipt without my refund. The vendor tried to erase the record of the sale. I pleaded with them to allow me to return the items as the receipt states that I may return them due to their expired products with bad odor but they got very hostile. Unfortunately, the vendor failed to give me the correct number to the store owner as well as claimed the store manager would be in later. I returned but was denied my return and the male handling the meat cross-contaminated items throughout the store was cursing me out.
