Do not, I repeat do not go here to return gifts. We returned a gift from our registry and the gift card with the store credit was sent back to the gift giver. So embarrassing. We went back a second time to return another gift. You guessed it. The gift giver received the gift card with store credit. Extremely embarrassing when it happens a second time. The best part was that the store in Mashpee was unapologetic about their (if I could bold and triple underline this in all caps I would) TWO mistakes.

Worst and most humiliating experience of my life shopping in this store. Went to return a defective product and was treated with nothing but disrespect. Purchase from the manufacturer directly and avoid this place at all costs

Great products but overpriced. Staff was way too "helpful" as in "can I help you find something" every 5 minutes. If you're gonna go to WS, I'd recommend bringing some earmuffs so you don't notice them

Poor service. Rude staff. Very snobby, especially by the manager. I actually think that a store should be warm and inviting and not cold and rude. YOU WON'T SELL ANYTHING WITH THAT ATTITUDE.

Beautiful store, but also FANTASTIC, responsive treatment by staff! I had a complicated exchange to make, and had no problems because of the help of both my sales associate and her store manager. I have shopped in many Williams Sonoma stores, andthis will be the only one that I choose to shop at, due entirely to the marvelous customer service!
