Nice Vineyard vines store at Mashpee Commons. This is the only Vineyard vines store that is not corporate owned and the first Vineyard vines store. Vineyard vines was first started inside Puritan in Hyannis and then opened their own store in Mashpee Commons after it did so well there. Huge selection of t shirts and clothes pertaining to cape cod and Boston.

I have been to this store two times this past year. My first visit was in October. I wanted to get a few things for my boys. No one said hi to us, no one asked if we needed help finding anything. The worker was more worried about her dog instead of her customers. Then I said I'll give them a try again. Walked in this morning around 10:30. 7/7/22 There was two people working one female and one male.... Again no hi!!! No can I help you with anything. The lady was talking about feeding her kids and worried about not having staples. I will not go back there. So I went across the street to the black dog. I got a welcoming hello, How are you. So asked if she could help me and my son. I believe in good customer service!!!!!

WARNING ⚠️...THIS IS NOT A CORPORATE OWNED VINEYARD VINES.this is a franchise location owned by Puritan Clothing. I found it out the hard way when I tried to make a return and wad told they don't accept website or other location purchases. This also means that if you purchase here you can only return here as store policy is different. I waisted time and Gas to find this out....

Called to see if an item was in stock & was put on hold for 10 minutes. Once returned the woman said only “ I have a line of customers in front of me.” Then hung up while I was quickly trying to respond that I as well WAS a customer. Next time politely ask if you can return a call to the customer taking the name , number & any pertinent information.

I bought a sweatshirt from vineyard vines over the summer and it recently got a hole in it from I don’t know where: I called the store and they immediately were able to track what item it was and gave me the offer to exchange it for another item of same value.

Went to Vineyard Vines in Mashpee to make a return. The girl working was rude and snobby, telling me I could not make an online return, without even looking at my receipt. I called Vineyard Vines right after and they said I am allowed to make an online return in person, at any Vineyard Vines store. They spent 10 minutes contacting a supervisor, trying to figure out why Mashpee would not allow an online return, and came to no conclusion other than the girl lied directly to me. I recommend going to another Vineyard Vines store until they change their staff.

Shoppers beware. I went to the Mashpee store today to return a Christmas gift. They would not take the merchandise back because they are not “owned by Vineyard Vines”. This is not a true Vineyard Vines store. It is Puritan’s. It should not be listed on the Vineyard Vines’ website or on Google as a VV store.
