I had an excellent experience at Verizon in Mashpee, MA, thanks to Tim's outstanding customer service. I came to this Verizon store because of all the positive reviews and I can confirm that they are warranted. This is now our new go-to Verizon store. I had previously spent hours on the phone with several representatives at Verizon that led only to frustration and no resolution. However, in a short and pleasant period of time, I walked out of the Verizon Mashpee with the perfect solution tailored to our needs thanks to Tim's knowledge of the products and services that would best suit us.
Overall, Tim provided a level of service that exceeded my expectations. His friendly demeanor, expertise, and commitment to helping customers make informed decisions make him an asset to Verizon in Mashpee. I would highly recommend Tim to anyone looking for a positive and knowledgeable experience at Verizon.

Helping my 83 year old mom purchase a new phone when I’m technologically challenged. Abby was a godsend- patient, knowledgeable, incredibly helpful. She set up the phone and patiently walked my mom through the features. 10 stars for Abby! 3 stars for the Verizon store in both Falmouth and Mashpee for poor inventory. They had to order the phone which was supposed to take 2 business days but didn’t. Why walk us through extensive plan changes for a phone you don’t have in stock? It all worked out in the end, but frustrating.

I recently visited this Verizon store, and it was an absolute nightmare. The high-pressure sales tactics were unbearable. I felt like I was being coerced into purchasing things I didn't need. The sales associate was relentless, pushing sketchy deals that were far from transparent.
One particularly infuriating incident involved a sales rep who started putting accessories on my phone before I had agreed to anything. I left briefly, and when I came back, I found that he had put a $50 screen protector on my phone without my consent. This blatant disregard for my approval was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.
The costs were exorbitant, with hidden fees and charges that were only revealed at the last minute. It felt like they were trying to squeeze every penny out of me.
Overall, my experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Avoid this store if you value your time and money. Sketchy, unprofessional, and PUSHY sales people who pressure customers into buying $800 worth of accessories that I ended up purchasing on Amazon for literally $100.

We had a great experience at Verizon.
Good customer service. We were in and out of there less than 30 minutes.
We purchased a new phone and they had my new phone programed. The data from my old phone replaced to my new phone account.

We waited 3-4 minutes for the young man to finish with another customer. We discussed options, I picked the blue phone. He used my old phone and helped me get fully transitioned over to the new phone. He tried to help me later when my email didn’t move. I ended up at the Apple Store where they got it done in 10 minutes or so. He gave great advice on accessories.

I lost my iPhone - and I was able to track its location - someone had it and was moving to several different locations -I was very concerned somehow that they would be able to get access to all my information… I took my iPad to the Verizon store in Mashpee - I needed a new phone anyway - Abby waited on me — She was able to remove all data from my current iPhone and basically shut it off within a short time.. I got a great deal on a new IPhone 15 pro.because I have been a loyal Verizon customer for many years.. I was upset and a little stressed when I got to the store.. Abbie was so nice and helpful - I so appreciated her knowledge and expertise.. and she was so caring and very attentive to my individual needs - I left the Verizon store very happy and no longer stressed with my new phone in my hand…and it was so nice to meet Abby .. thank you so much … Ellen

Colin was very knowledgable about all products. He made my visit (his last hour to closing) very nice. I got the product I needed in a reasonable amount of time. He answered all my questions with ease. He takes pride in his job, which shows. His customer service skills are great. Great job, Colin, thank you!

I had a great experience getting a new phone today. I was impressed with Collin's patience and great customer service. He was able to multi-task with three customers at once all morning in order to make us all feel like we were getting quick attention. Sam was able to troubleshoot some unexpected issues with my phone so that I could walk out of the store with a new phone in hand which is working properly and with all my data and contacts transferred. I highly recommend the support here!

I visited the Masphee, Ma Verizon store and was pleasantly surprised with Sam, I had an issue with my phone and he was very personable and helpful. I had to return tonight for further assistance and Sam helped again, Colin even came in to assist on his day off!! Great staff! A Big thank you to Sam, for your patience and kindness, and thank you Colin for your assistance as well!

Collin was incredible helping us out with a complicated situation. After miscommunications on our end between me and my client, we made a mess of a trade in. Collin was very understanding and went above and beyond to help us rectify the mess we made. My past experiences with other carrier stores have sub-par to say the least, but the Mashpee Verizon was great to work with. Highly recommend!

i have been a loyal customer to verizon for 13 plus years now and the store in mashpee commons has not only helped my family members but has also taken such good care of me to make sure i left the store with relief and a smile on my face. the workers there are there to work with you not against you.
