Terrible customer service. After buying a house and signing up for delivery, weeks later I found that they had not put me in their system. Called multiple times and finally got someone who would look into it. Days later they left a message saying they'd put me in but it will take a week (!). Meanwhile, I cannot have mail forwarded, request a vote by mail ballot, etc.

Completely unhelpful. Recently moved and accidentally got a package delivered to my mothers house (which i was fine with) and it was being held up at the post office. So I called them and they told me that it was going to be forwarded to my new address and to just wait a couple days. A couple days go by and I get a notification that they disposed of my package. To then tell me there’s nothing they can do because I sent it to the wrong address (even though i told them i was fine with it being delivered to my mothers.)
$100 down the drain.

The United States postal office in Mashpee Commons is a good post office but there was a time or two where I didn't get the mail I was suppose to get. I don't know if that's there fault or who's but it happened

USPS service has a lot to be desired. There is none. Packages from Prime delivered by them thrown by mailbox. Too large for the box. Pouring rain, ,packages unprotected. Anything and everything just left at mailbox on a well traveled road all over day or night. That is the US post office. Does no good to complain as they have no work ethics.

There are often long lines and the staff work hard. An automated postal kiosk would help with simple tasks like buying stamps and take pressure off the desk.

Everyone that I have met , that works at this Post Office is polite, kind and hard working. They are friendly and eager to help! It is always a pleasure to get my mail, there, everyday! They do seem to me short staffed so that makes their jobs harder for them. I appreciate all of their hard work! Thank you!

Friendly enough but, JAYSUS, PLEASE MOVE IT TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION!
Cannot park anywhere near our own post office here in Mashpee.

This has got to be the laziest post office I've ever encountered. They are so adverse to walking or supporting their customers, that if the package is on the truck to be delivered to the house, they will still reroute it back to the post office (where they grabbed it in the first place) to make you go and pick it up there. They are literally on the way to the house with it. God forbid they get out of their truck and walk a few steps. It's no wonder they are getting crushed by virtually every other mail delivery service and the rumors of a privatized service by a billionaire has started gaining momentum.

Very rude employee today who wasn’t even wearing his mask in the back. We were trying to track down a package that had not been delivered today and it felt like the guy was aggravated that he actually had to do his job. He was huffing and puffing while typing in the tracking number and after he abrasively shooed us away in saying “it was out for delivery it’s probably being delivered right now” when in fact our mail got delivered 4 hours ago with no package, he apologized to the next customer in line in saying “thanks for waiting.” We were not taking an extra long time or asking extensive questions, just trying to track down a package that had been reverted back to the Mashpee Post Office. I now will have to go back tomorrow to get the package again.

bad parcel delivery service, when twice our parcels were not delivered, I turned to the office, they promised to help and find the parcel, but they never found and did not contact me! I waited for a long time and again came to the office, they promised me that they would find the one who delivered the goods that day, but again they did not even call back, and of course none of my parcels were found! The height of insolence was the fact that the locker key comes to the mailbox, I open the locker and it is empty !!!!!! I do not understand how you can work like this and so cruelly deceive your clients !!! there were three such cases !!!!

Mashpee post office is always helpful. Was there recently to get passport photo and mail in my application for renewal. They were very efficien and not time consuming. I was in and out fairly reasonable timing. Definitely would recommend the post office to get your passport done and mailing packages and stamps.
