Just a "beware" of restocking fees. We returned two, 6X6X8 landscape timbers and were charged $10.40 for the luxury of helping the yard-man slide them off my truck onto his forklift. Hmmm, I pay them; I do the work. Sounds like the perfect business model. Just be aware.

There is a lady there; don't know her name, but she was so helpful to me today that I had to reward her behavior with a review. The corporate management needs to know that she not only knows customer service but is sincere in giving it. I only wish I ran into her more often. Thank you, kind lady!
