I’ve always had fantastic service at this branch (and other Rockland Trust locations). Went on here to check hours and saw these low reviews so I had to pipe in. So strange to read them. Super nice and helpful here.

Wow, couldn't believe anyone would give this bank one star. My experience has been exactly the opposite. The people are friendly, attentive and eager to help. The wait for an associate is minimal and they are willing to assist you with any service you may need. I couldn't be happier since I started banking at this branch.

We have been with Rockland trust for more than 20 yrs. Great service no matter which branch we walk into but without doubt mashpee has the best crew!
