I went into the store trying to find a duplicate pillow to one I had previously purchased from PB. I wouldn't say it was a team meeting but all the employees were huddled together in the front of the store. No one greeted me or bothered to break away from their discussion to offer assistance. I walked through the entire store and still they huddled. I left without a pillow and without assistance.They have nice products. Fairly high prices. And a lack of service at this particular store.

Will never purchase from PB again! Do not order online, terrible customer service! Ordered a dinning table online in April. Table arrived late with no base and a missing chair. The delivery team scratched my wood floors. Paid a ridiculous amount for delivery fee. A month later still no base or 4th chair. I was told by customer service that they are unable to transfer to a supervisor, the company stopped all phone calls to supervisors because they were receiving too many phone calls! I would return this table out of principal if I didn't think that would be even more painful!

After waiting almost 6 months for a couch from them, I made the mistake of ordering a coffee table here. I came to Mashpee to see it and was pressured by the SA to buy from her rather than directly online. Her reasoning was that should there be a problem with the piece, she would be able to fix it right away. Seeing as it made no difference price wise, I obliged. Fast forward (or should I say slow forward?) four months. My piece finally comes and what do you know, it's damaged. I call the store immediately to flag with them. I asked them to expedite a new one and ship it to the store. They couldn't do either. After a week of following up on the status of my replacement table, they finally told me the new one was ordered. However, they couldn't provide an eta or shipping confirm. What they also neglected to mention was that I would be required to have a repair person come and assess the piece to see if it's salvageable. This took another week and a half. This man took one look at it and determined it was not in fact salvageable and took the same pictures I had provided to PB almost two weeks prior. It took another several days for them to finally order the piece, at which point the SA and manager were completely MIA. I finally received the replacement yesterday (JULY) after ordering the table in November. Overall, extremely painful to deal with and disappointed with the PB Mashpee team for being unhelpful, misleading and uncaring. TL;DR - go somewhere local instead.

Shopped online. Wife wanted to see dining set in person. Approached by staff asking to purchase in store to help "keep the doors open." Stated would provide estimate via email. Didn't receive. Emailed directly inquiring. No response. It has been 5 days.

Ordered pillow cases online, got one pillow case from PB Mashpee location and the pillow case was in disgusting condition. it was pilling, dirty, linty, no tag and no plastic covering, and balled up inside the shipping bag. It never should have been shipped in this condition. The other pillow cases I ordered were new, flat, with tags, not dirty and inside individual plastic bags. Tried calling customer service several times without connecting to any reps, as the line was busy. Finally went to return item to PB in Lynnfield and the sales person was curt and unfriendly. There is no need to support businesses that don't care about customers. Will be closing out my PB credit account.
