I’ve only ever experienced exceptional customer service while shopping at this store. My mom and I came in shopping right before Christmas. We were greeted right when we entered the store. The staff was attentive but also gave us our space to shop around. My mom left with a new robe, PJ set, and sweater! She was so happy. Excellent quality and styles as well. 10/10!

I like the variety and quality of their merchandise. From casual to formal, I find unique pieces that are stylish and comfortable. Staff is absolutely lovely at the Mashpee Commons shop-helpful, friendly, and tell the truth about whether or not what I try on is flattering.

I love supporting local stores so I was excited when I found a Komarov dress as a final sale that was discounted 25%. The fabric was beautiful and slightly crinkled so I didn’t notice the dress contained tiny holes and that it was frayed and coming detached from the seam in several areas. It’s so sad because the dress is stunning and I was truly looking forward to wearing it. Others have inspected it under proper lighting and told me it looks to be beyond repair. I’m disappointed this place would sell a damaged clothing item that couldn’t be mended...lesson learned.

Lisa was extremely helpful, not pushy, and had great suggestions. I'm actually returning to go back for the dress I passed on. Clothing is charming, as well as a nice selection for black tie.
