Every time we bring one of our vehicles in for service we are so happy they are there. They are reasonable in pricing and always a pleasure to deal with. They are competent at what they do. To find a mechanic that you can trust is not always that easy. These guys rock and when i drive away I can’t wait to break something so I can go back.

Considering selling my Jeep, but after Mashpee Automotive made a few tweaks, I think we're good for another 100,000 miles. Great communication, they went through the car and updated me along the way. Fair pricing and finished when promised. My very picky husband was so impressed he had them do brakes in his truck. Same great service with that job too.

Discovered a nail in my tire and had them fix it. They were very quick and reasonably priced. I think they have very knowledgeable mechanics and i will totally trust them with any repairs related to my car

I bought a motorhome from them and it was a totally negative experience. It was advertised as a motorhome that was maintained by a "certified mechanic"Terry Trottier apparently the co-owner of the business at the time. In my opinion he is a complete farce I've had to correct so much of his deferred maintenance it's not even funny. I would stay as far away from this business as possible. In my opinion he completely misrepresented the motorhome and I have had to do so much deferred maintenance on it it is extremely disappointing. I think he is a Liar. In my opinion they don't know what the hell they're doing. Not only that but we were required to pay them all the money for the motorhome to take delivery but they couldn't for provide the title for weeks and weeks and weeks. Once they finally claimed to have the title which I didn't see yet he called me and told me he wanted to pay his insurance bill for the time that had lapsed between between the time we took delivery and they provided us with the title even though I had provided them proof that we had the motorhome insured before it was even purchased and we were already paying a premium on it before it was purchased. When I told him I wasn't interested in paying his insurance bill he hung up on me and wouldn't talk to me again like a baby. Fortunately we finally did get the title in the mail so the vehicle could finally be registered after almost 2 months of waiting for it. Their asking price for the motorhome was over $90,000 so we're not talking about a little bit of money. It was a real nail biter having paid all that money and then having to wonder when we were going to get the title. I in the end we are glad that we could help them pay their motorhome off. I suspect that the money we gave them wasn't enough to satisfy their lien that's probably why we had to wait multiple weeks for the title. This business may have been sold to a new owners and Stan since they told me that was their intention. I should've checked their yelp reviews before considering engaging in a transaction with them because I noticed later they were pretty bad but I didn't.

I highly recommend Mashpee Automotive! Honest and reliable. I’ve taken my car to multiple mechanics who told me my car was fine. They fit me right in and within a few hours tops had a list of what was needed! They’re fairly priced and high quality work. I drove from Brewster and Mashpee Automotive will from now on be my mechanic. My car is safe to drive again and I’m so grateful. All around great people in office and shop. It’s hard to find a place to TRUST but you will not go wrong taking your car needs to them. My front brake system, ball joint, oil change, & axel!
