“As soon as I walked in the store I was acknowledged by several people. So I asked, "Who would like to help me?" A young man replied that he would be happy to help. He and the store manager were patient, helpful and knowledgeable. I was over due for an upgrade so I was eligible for a free phone and a large discount on a smart watch. The manager advised the young man to look further in the specials as he thought I could get this for free! He was correct! Set up of both devices was done and I was offered many accessories. Some I chose not to purchase at this time. There was never any pressure to buy.
My experience was pleasant and easy. I have had great service at this store in the past and highly recommend them.
Side note, Sales tax on the retail price of items received is paid by the consumer.”

I had previously spent hours on the phone with several representatives at Verizon that led only to frustration and no resolution. However, in a short and pleasant period of time, I walked out of the Verizon Mashpee with the perfect solution tailored to our needs thanks to Tim's knowledge of the products and services that would best suit us.
