AJ was great in assisting us through this process. He was able to give us the time to look at all the mattress and choose the one that was the best for us. It felt good to not feel pressured into getting a mattress as well, and we still left with one of the more expensive mattress. Very pleased with this experience. Even more so happy that we could pick a great date for mattress drop off!

Mattress Firm Mashpee is top notch! Try the beds, try the pillows, go back every other day if you need to. They will answer all your questions & suggest ways to resolve any sleeping challenges. Delivery is quick and Mattress Firm has the best warranty! Enjoy!

I had a chance to go in to look at mattresses and thought I knew what brand I was going to get but the Salesman had me try out the different brands and when I finally told him about my back issue he was quick to show me a brand that was known for its firmness. He started to say, "now I'm not" then I interrupted him and said "you don't have to tell me any more, I know this brand. I already have this brand. He sat down and went over everything about financing and even did the pre-qualifying procedure so I could see what my payments would be. It looked great. We even had conversation about just every day things. The reason I mentioned this is because I want you to know how personable Alex was. Talks fast but let's you know everything about what you need for your issues. Just purchased my Sterns & Foster mattress. I didn't know the even carried that mattress. I would definitely go back again. He couldn't have helped me any better.

In and out in 20 minutes tops, got two mattresses and they even loaded them in truck for us.

Excellent customer service from Alex in the Mashpee, MA location. I ordered the mattress online, but needed help with delivery/return. He was very helpful and assisted in a pleasant manner!
