The team at this location is super helpful. I went in looking for a specific kind of paint and the team talked me through what I really needed. I admit, I needed a bit of hand holding and they could not be any more helpful. Thanks Mashpee Ace!

Ace Hardware in Mashpee goes above and beyond to help their customers!!! I ran out of gas near the store and was let in to purchase a gas jug even though it was 30minutes before store opening. The manager (I believe his name was Scott) helped me fill the jug and my car. What started as a stressful and upsetting morning turned into an amazing display of the good in humanity.

Went on the ACE app on my phone to see if they had The furnace air filter I want in stock. The app said that the filter was at the store. Went in and went to the Air filter section, but couldn’t find it. I asked the female customer service agent about the filter. She replied that if it wasn’t on the back wall, we didn’t have it I said, but the app says that it’s in stock says the app is wrong walked away didn’t even offer help so I got my car ordered it through the app for pick up and it was ready the same day.
