Love the chocolate but the customer service is horrible. Walked into the store that had 3 employee’s (all looking at their phone) not one greeting. Stood by the fudge area waiting to be helped but left when none of them even said anything.

We were searching for fudge and found this place conveniently located at Mashpee Commons. It is and attractive candy and ice cream store with a good variety of items. The staff was nice. The fudge we got was very yummy!

So many delectable choices! I bought different items as gifts and all were big hits! I also enjoyed a cranberry turtle for myself.

Wide variety of candies and chocolates which you can buy per weight. Their ice cream is very tasty too!!

We always stop here. My husband likes the ice cream and I have a favorite candy. But it changes. Still good, but I am disappointed. I loved the thin dark chocolate with salt. Today the chocolate was thicker and the salt barely there.

I've been to Ghelfi's in Mashpee Commons several times in the past. Some visits have been good but they've unfortunately gone downhill. The place does look nice. My significant other & I stopped in today. The employee working said hello & asked if we needed anything but was otherwise on her phone a lot. I got an assortment of the gummy candy/chocolate/jelly beans from the self serve wall & it was not fresh. Self serve can lead to a lot of germs & the candy not being fresh so I wasn't surprised. My boyfriend got ice cream, which wasn't amazing. It melted really fast even in the store. Also the fudge is very overpriced. It's $20 for a pound. We asked if the chocolate was homemade fresh by Ghelfi's and we knew it wasn't by the outdated taste, but the employee said yes. She might not have known, though. I hate to leave such a bad review but the love & effort just isn't there anymore. If they improve, I'll give them another chance. Best wishes Ghelfi's.

AMAZING! In town for a local conference and happened upon this chocolate store. Loved this idyllic home town chocolate store. Huge assortment of candies and chocolates. Ice cream options, as well. If you're looking for a sweet treat to wrap up an evening out or gifts to take home from your visit to Falmouth, this is the place to visit! Planning to send these chocolates out for the holidays!

Great spot for kids/families. Delectable treats, in a walk-around friendly environment. Mashpee commons is a must destination when on the Cape!

Staff were courteous and friendly. I was quite disappointed by my root beer float that wasn't even full (maybe half full to say the least?!) The chocolates were delicious, although pricy.

Some of the staff is nice, others don’t greet you even when you walk in the door. The truffles are good, some of the other chocolate tastes like it’s really old. A bit pricy as well.

It was fine, and perhaps their homemade chocolates are amazing! But, since I was there for ice cream (and I REAALLLLLLLYYY love ice cream) I was not thrilled. Not thrilled with either of my two flavors or the fact that it's Gifford's Ice Cream. Gifford's is good I guess, but it's not special since it's not home made and you can get it around at other places. It's not specific to the Cape. So, I was more excited (and went back a second time) to the competition across the street. Their's is homemade and had more unique flavors that you can't find everywhere and anywhere. Just my preference. They both have homemade chocolates, so if that's what you're shopping for, you'll have to try them both for yourself or read other reviews. :)
