Extremely unimpressed. I’ve shopped in this store many times … and completely understand the store credit back only policy. Today I purchased something in the store that when taken out of the box did not function properly. At all.Same day, within hours of purchasing I returned to the store and asked for a refund as it was a defective item. I would have expected this to be an exception as it was not due to our wrong selection , size, color, dislike, etc.What was supposed to be a fun afternoon with kiddos playing , ended with them crying over a toy that didn’t work and then no refund for that item.Just know if you are going to this store, ask if you can try any electronics first…especially if it is expensive. You will not be able to return if it doesn’t work / will have to accept a store creditIn response to the below : the batteries included were not working. Most likely the toy was stuck in demo mode. Secondly, the toy was one that you had to blow into to make sound. Never was it offered to be blown into to see it wasn’t working. I do apologize and will happily bring the batteries to the store as I didn’t realize I had not put them back in (after trying brand new ones hoping that would fix the issue) .I believe in my review and feel confident in recommending anyone buying from the store to make sure they try before buying. Especially with electronics …. I would not expect to be held to a store credit only policy when an electronic is broken day of purchase

I am a Asia people. When we come with other couple of white people. The cashier is totally forget us, Which is following the couple. Even i say hi, she just looked at me and turn to speak with the couple again. Let me feel sick!!

This is a small shop packed with great, high quality finds. I visited yesterday for the first time and left with clothes, puzzles, and stuffed animals to treat six kids aged 1-9! Prices were well matched to both other boutiques and online offerings. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to.

BUYER BEWARE. Went in and got an outfit. After buying it I decided later that I didn't want it and tried to return it but was told there were no returns. No one told me this during the purchase. Overly priced store that doesn't accept returns.

We went to this shop recently and holy moly if there isn’t just every single amazing eco friendly and sustainable children’s product there!! I am absolutely obsessed with each and every product! They carry a huge supply of rec and play kids ware! There are so many toys books and clothes! Also an awesome little children’s area for kids to play while parents shop!! What could be better! If you want a unique gift for a baby shower, or a gift first birthday that mom and dad will be so grateful to get this is your place! These are responsible and well made products!

Such an amazing gem in the commons! Vibrant colors, special ordering, tons of options, open play area for the kiddos when we are shopping, music classes, and so much more. The prices are better than most places, including amazon! Our son loves his tool bench, light up toys, and his books from here. Edit: now that they moved to a better and bigger location the store has exploded in variety. An absolute must for anyone with kids in their lives, no matter the relation.

I love shopping at Fox + Kit for both of my children! Awesome clothes, toys, books, accessories, bottles and dishes, etc. It's also a great place for gifts.

Fox + Kit is such a breath of fresh air! The store is modern, bright, and super clean! They had a wonderful selection of items for both my newborn as well as my five year old. It is refreshing to see new products from brands Im already familiar with, as well as brands I’m unfamiliar with but have already grown to love. Many items are organic or recycled or made in the US, which I love.
The staff are both friendly and knowledgeable.
There is even a little spot for my kids to play while I shop, which any parent can appreciate. Not to mention the awesome free music classes each month! I can’t say enough about this children’s boutique! We will absolutely be back!

Absolutely wonderful children's shop - the best of the best! From car seats to clothing to utensils - this store has premium items at reasonable prices. Also a huge shout out to the owner who left her store to bring us a bag we forgot after we left and didn't realize we forgot it. We will always shop here for our little ones!
