Bank tellers are awesome. Manager was unprofessional sitting talking about personal interest for an extra half hour when a line is waiting to be seen. Bad customer awareness. Switching personal and business account asap

I use my checking account mainly to pay for health insurance premiums and any medical bills. My entire Social Security goes in there monthly, so occasionally there are extra funds which I can withdraw for other bills. I've been trying to sign into my account, to view my balance, for two days and can't get past the sign in. This is extremely inconvenient. They need to go back to business as usual, pre- COVID. Also had a situation, during COVID, where I made an online purchase and never received the merchandise. Called their fraud department and was told that they investigated it and there was no fraud!! I was out the money for that. No other bank has ever been so lackadaisical.

Since Covid TERRIBLE, there is no service, One teller, you still must go to the window. Inside locked, they say cannot get help, maybe need to pay more. closing sons account today and moving it.

I made two transactions tonight. One to deposit money into my perosnal (cash) and then after that was complete , I gave the woman a check made out to my business account and I said this needs to go into my business account. Had the account number on it and everything and she put it in my personal account. That should not have been allowed. The check wasn't made out to me .Unreal. Do your jobs

Ann Marie is the most unprofessional manager I’ve ever spoken to! I called to make a late payment and was questioned why I’m paying late. I expressed I lost my job 6 months ago and don’t make as much money now as I used to. Ann Marie went on rudely telling me that losing my job 6 months ago wasn’t an excuse to make a late car payment. I also wanted to catch up on my payments and she hung up on me twice and I was only able to make one before being hung up on the second time. Never in my life have I ever been talked to by anyone banking, I was extemely upset and let her know how rude she was. I will never contact the mashpee branch again. Maybe first citizens should reevaluate who they make management!
