Had a very pleasant experience here this week. I needed something ordered to complete a job and the manager, Alison McIntyre, could not have been more helpful. She even called the next day because the vendor needed additional info. This is a beautiful showroom staffed with friendly people that know their products. Its a beautiful place to shop and I recommend stopping in if you haven't been there yet!

Never met such an unfriendly staff who appeared to be put out by any question or interaction! It actually became uncomfortable to purchase our shower items.... customer service needs a lot of work! We will not return!

Horrible service after delivery. Don't purchase from Ferguson if you ever expect any help after purchase.We purchased our kitchen appliances from Ferguson in June 2021. The appliances were on back order and weren't delivered until January 2022.The Dacor range hood stopped working in July 2022, after being used for 2 months. Two different representatives at the local Ferguson store told me that since the purchase was made more than one year ago, they could not help because all of their records are wiped out after one year (that's the first time I've heard that from any company I've ever purchased from). They suggested I call Ferguson's corporate office.The corporate office couldn't help, and they sent me to the corporate credit department who told me that they don't have any records because it was purchased using a credit card, not a corporate Ferguson account. The credit Dept rep told me that I should call the local store because they should have the records of my purchase. I reminded the credit rep that two people at the local store sent me to the corporate office and she said that doesn't sound right, but if that's the case, there's nothing they could do.I'm now trying to reach Dacor directly to see if the manufacturer can help. I'm not sure if we'll have success, but at least Dacor seems to be trying to help figure this out by going through their records.Glad that Dacor keeps records because we've now been told by the local Ferguson store and Ferguson's HQ that they have no records.

Horrible customer service, was there today, the store was empty, but the several sales associates sitting at their desks looking at their phones could not even get to see if I needed assistance! Thought they might have been having a bad day the first time I went in, so gave it another chance, but unfortunately, had the same experience. The receptionist (older woman with dark hair) was as cold as ice, barely looked up as I came in, and said "you can browse if you would like), and never even looked up as I left. I spent thousands on a new kitchen, and thought shopping locally would be good idea, but my advice would be the skip this place totally, since their staff basically sucks!

Very unfriendly experience. Trying to walk in the store unaware of store‘s policy by appointment only. Instead of explaining and trying to setup a date the person at the door was rude and dismissive. Highly suggest to bring your business elsewhere

I worked with Carmen at Ferguson in Mashpee. My bathroom was a total refiguring of vanity, bath, taking out a window, ripping up wood floors. I decided to tackle it all myself instead of using a designer. Carmen to the rescue! In addition to advising me on all the plumbing components, she found a cabinet company that could give me a wall-to-Wall vanity, even advising me on tile, positioning of sconces, the soaking tub and filler, etc. I LOVE my bathroom! And a big part of it was the planning and material selection. It would not have been as successful without Carmen’s advise. Can’t thank her enough.

A great place to go for top level plumbing supplies ...very well stocked showroom for kitchen and bathroom. ..customer service people are knowledgeable /helpful and SO patient! Not inexpensive but products and assistance /advice more than worth it...

I was initially disappointed that they took time to respond to a very clear request for a quote. The manager came through, and even called me to apologize. So I raised this from a 1 star to a 3 star. Their Web site shows "ready to ship", which can equate to 4-5 weeks lead time. I was hoping to get the stuff quick.
