I have had a very rough year between surgery moving grand babies being born early and I dropped off my veil and my daughter's flower girl dress from when I got married for her to get married a year ago and she was pregnant and didn't know it so I ended up not needing to use these and with everything going on I kept forgetting to go get it , they have taken care of it they haven't harassed me they have been extremely kind, they're keeping it very safe, I couldn't express enough if my gratitude towards these kind genuine people.. and the special thanks to Doreen thank you so much for helping wouldn't know what I would do if I had lost them.

This issue was resolved when the manager reached out to me and refunded the cost. It was made clear to me that this was not how my experience should have gone and was handled internally.
Updated to 3 stars for management reaching out and understanding me.
In my experience I was quite shocked at how when dropping off my clothes for a clean and fold the woman behind the counter emptied my bag onto the floor to sort them. Right in front of me. I was surprised to say the least. She then told me how to do my laundry and what I wanted to do with them. I stated again, I want a wash and fold. She pressed for a dry clean - I refused.
They processed my clothes and when I got them back I have my shorts safety pinned to hangers. My shorts now have holes in them. Thanks. ?
I'm extremely upset and will not ever use Capeway again.

The customer service at Capeway Cleaners in Mashpee is excellent. They are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The clothing and household items come back in a timely manner, and the quality is excellent. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed! I highly recommend this store.

Simply put Capeway Cleaners is awesome. Doreen and Michele's customer service skills are incredible. I actually look forward to speaking with them each week when dropping off and picking up my dry cleaning. From suits to shirts and jeans, Capeway cleaners consistently provides quality service for a reasonable price.

There turn around time was a bit lengthy. 2 weeks for a comforter but they did a great job on it and it came back a day early .

Not the place I want to return to. The first time I attempted to drop off items there, they were closed, despite it being during their posted open times. When I did manage to drop off my clothing and received it back, there was a button missing but honestly the whole place seemed a little sketchy so I decided it was better to leave with my stuff than get into it.

They went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. They sent someone to open the store after it had closed so I could pick up a suit for a wedding. Very impressed with their customer service.

I have been using this dry cleaner for years, although I have no idea why. It is close to my house and convenient since I go to Roche Brothers next door very often. Every time I walk in I try to be pleasant and friendly, since I go every week and I believe people should be treated that way. The woman who works there is always very abrupt and rude and seems angry about doing her job. She is working in the service industry and clearly has never been taught appropriate customer service behavior. I do not want to get spoken to harshly if one of my shirts is not unbuttoned, now do I want to listen to someone complaining about how busy they are and how inconvenient it is for them to do their job.
