Botello Lumber is the place to go for so many items. I get my beautiful live Christmas trees there, the staff will carry your tree to saw a fresh end, bale your tree and carry it to your car. I just bought bags of cedar mulch yesterday. Everyone there is so helpful and friendly. And service is quick. Besides lumber, find paint, hardware, garden supplies, bird feeders, all kinds of household items and a gorgeous kitchen design center. Check them out!!

Why is it every time I go here staff insist on having a social political conversation with me; sharing their conservative views with me which I do not share. And the paint department with its pro trump anti Biden caricatures is inappropriate. I just want paint, not your conservative views. Talk to your staff and make them leave the politics at home; conservative or liberal. But let’s face it, it’s all one viewpoint at Botellos

I purchased some screws to go with mahogany boards that I bought to repair my deck two weeks ago you started drilling the screws in and they all started breaking nobody at Botello told me that I had to do anything different than just buy the screws and the hardwood now I try to return the screws and they wouldn't take them back I think this unbelievable that they won't take them back I asked for their advice this is what they told me to do now he tells me it should have pre-drilled the holes I used a quantity of screws I was hoping to get some kind of a rebate back for them but he wouldn't do that either so never never never again when I ever go to this place and please please beware of these crooks. I know the owner is nice as we repaired his truck at Miracle. Maybe he'll contact me to read this but I doubt it thanks anyways Botello

I was very disappointed to see political cartoons drawn by an employee displayed under plexiglas at the paint counter that disparaged our current president (lets go Brandon stuff...). I don't care what someone's political views are, but to display them at a retail business that caters to the public is beyond tasteless and an insult to their customers. And its profoundly unpatriotic although I'm sure that the "artist" thinks he is nothing but a true patriot. (NOPE!)

Nice helpful friendly staff was looking to match a stain color and the paint staff was a great help found me a match even though you can't match with color matching system used for paint he knows his stuff
