“The team at this Walgreens is just the best. Everyone goes out of their way to provide amazing customer service and a great experience. These guys all work hard and it shows. Knowledgeable, friendly and capable. Thanks for always saying hello Cathy and Owen and knowing where everything is. Pamela and her staff at the pharmacy helped me transition a complicated Rx with several parts from another location and with my new insurance. I was just about to run out of the medicine. “I appreciate the staff at Stop & Shop Pharmacy, Brian is always so helpful w/ personal prescriptions with any questions or any questions may have about an item ,I'm not familiar with Chloe & the other girls are always helpful ,even if I'm not going to the Pharmacy they may it point to acknowledge me & say hello I find alot of employees do just the opposite, and will actually avoid you , I'm not saying this store in general I find almost all the employees at Stop& Shop in Sandwich are happy helpful & nice ,that goes along way ,you never know what someone is going thru & just that little effort to be nice just might make their whole day ,so Thank You ?”

“I would like to thank Rachel and Edwin at Nort Street Pharmacy, Hyannis,MA. Without Rachel's assistance on the telephone I would not have been able to pick up my Covid medication today. She transferred my prescription from another branch that was closed unbeknowst to me due to holiday. She was professional, courteous and helpful. And so was Edwin from who I picked up my prescription at drive up. Thank you for having such a great team in place. Happy to know that they will be able to spend remainder of 4th of July holiday with their loved ones.”
“Walked in and, after a few minutes checking in with a very pleasant receptionist, I was in room #7. A very competent and kind RN immediately took my vitals and an overview of why I was there. A few minutes after that, Dr Connors appeared. The exam was thoughtful and thorough and the diagnosis and prescribed meds all made sense. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I haven't always been pleased with medical care on the Cape but this was a wonderful experience. I realize wait times (or the lack of them today!) can vary at these facilities and that's to be expected. I've also found over the many years that people treat others the way they are treated. Many thanks!”

“(To the pharmacy) 21 diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumor and given a 10 year life expectancy 2 weeks before my 21st birthday. But I have a cvs family now; that sends me home with sugar cookies and a smile on my face everytime. Even if my medications are through the roof, they always manage or work until their hands are sore to do anything possible to make all situations easier anyway possible. I cannot express how indebted I am to this location specifically. Every staff member. These are people that take their very serious job, very seriously. Highly recommend and so much love to you all. ??”
“While this location is a bit out of the way from where I am in Weat Yarmouth, I've got to give it to them over my nearby CVS, because they actually had what I was looking for. I have a serious case of poison ivy on both my legs & am in dire need of calamine lotion until I can get back home & find a more effective solution. /overshare. They had it here. Relief is pending.”

“CVS Pharmacy located at 411 Barnstable Rd, Hyannis, MA 02601 is an interesting CVS well stocked, but has no public restrooms which I find absurd……and unacceptable!! Have cameras outside the restrooms if you need, but how dare they be closed to the public!!! Apparently there are individuals who can’t handle nice things……..Manager was helpful.”

“I have been to this CVS on many occasions. Three times alone in the past week. (I am usually "on the Cape" three to four times a year for periods of four to ten + days).... Several days prior to Christmas I needed a prescription to be called in by a doctor from Pennsylvania. The person I spoke with at the pharmacy was EXTREMELY helpful. Then when I picked up the script, the woman at the pharmacy counter was so friendly and courteous. All three people who have helped me at checkout (front of the store have been stellar) even when the line was wrapped around the isle on Christmas Eve. And I wrote everyone's name down and am having difficulty remembering - of course. There is even one woman (employee) who helped me so much in the aisle (with eye cream). I have those names somewhere. Otherwise it's another excuse to go in to use my extra bucks.”

“Umm all complaining about the pharmacy, this is the store page the pharmacy has a different page. If your not smart enough to know the difference then maybe don't complain so much and embarrass your self.
I've never had an issue at either the store or the pharmacy. The store employees have always been polite and helpful. But I see a lot of people come in with bad attitudes for no reason, if your polite and understanding usually people try to respond the same way.”

“This store is awesome. I've been a customer at this store for years, and wanted to give an atta boy to the crew there. I've had to call a couple of times for a pick up of over the counter pain relief at their drive through, and it was a perfect experience. Adriana helped me 2X over the phone and had my order ready when I got there. The drive through person, Eric, was right there as well and even had a cookie for my mutt!
