“Deciding whether or not to keep an older car was made easier many years ago when I spotted in a parking lot a vehicle same make and vintage as mine. I cornered the owner and asked her where she got service. That’s when I learned about Moore’s.Brad and his team get it. Professional. No nonsense. “I would definitely recommend Quality Auto Center! The owner Saeed was very helpful, knowledgeable & friendly. I can’t say enough how impressed I was with Saeed & his mechanics work!! The total price for the repairs was less than what he estimated too! My elderly father and I were on vacation in Hyannis. As we were getting ready to drive home my car started making noises. I stopped at another mechanic’s shop and was told they were booked solid & couldn’t help us. Then we stopped in at a store to grab something and I asked them if they could recommend a good mechanic. They said Quality Auto was great and they were just around the corner. So we went there and the owner greeted us as I pulled in, I explained our situation and he said he would take the car for a ride to see what the noise was. I could see they were very busy & he said well there’s always emergencies & he was happy to help. Saeed took the car and said it was the wheel bearings and it was not safe to drive the hour & a half home.He also noticed that the brakes needed to be replaced as well & he could replace them at the same time. I said do whatever you need to do to get us home safely! He said they could fix it & have it done by 4:30/5:00. I called the hotel to see if we could stay another night to make it easier on all of us. I was beyond grateful at this point, he even offered to give us a ride back to the hotel. I thought I’d order an Uber or Lyft to bring us back in the morning to pickup the car but he offered to come back to the hotel to pick us up & even put the suitcases in the car for me. Talk about service! I couldn’t be more impressed & pleased!”

“Late on a Friday night, the check engine light on my new Volvo popped up while traveling on Cape Cod. Although everything seemed fine; it was disconcerting to stare at that orange light. I gave Volve Cars Cape Cod Service a call on Saturday morning. After explaining the issue to a very helpful Andrea, I was told to bring it in, and they would see what they could do. The technician determined that the software required updating and wrapped it up in no time. Back on the road with no light; I could not be happier. “Cape cars is easily the best car spot on cape cod. I had a decrepit old 2005 Toyota that was falling from the seams and i told Peter i needed something nice, reliable and somewhat newer of a car that wouldn’t cost me an arm and a leg. Within a week he called me up and said i gotta check out this car and it was absolutely perfect. 2011 Honda with all the gizmos and gadgets i was looking for, and he even helped me get rid of my old car because I’ve never had to get rid of one before and i was overwhelmed with the process. After i told him a few days later he called me again to check in and asked how the car was doing and how i liked it then he proved to tell me he had cash for me from my old car, Peter Is a great business man and a great guy i seriously recommend this place If u need a car/ need to get one off your hands…he’ll take great care of you”

“Excellent service and very helpful! I had a nail in my tire on the edge of the tread/side wall. I was told by another local tire place that they couldn’t patch it and I’d have to replace my tire for over $200. A family member referred me to Canal tire for a second opinion. I sent pictures of my tire to the owner. He patched my tire no problem! Glad I checked out Canal Tire and saved a lot of money on this repair.”

“My mom has taken her Prius to four other places on the Cape to get worked on and has gotten ripped off every time. I decided to call this place and drop it off for her to get some ignition coils and spark plugs. They were reasonably priced, and the car was done 2 hours after I dropped it off. And they didn't hold her car hostage and say 15 other things needed to be replaced. Crazy huh? Nice guys too, definitely recommend.”

I've had terrible dealings with another local Mazda dealer servicing my Speed3.
As a result I came across Premier Mazda in Cape Cod via their listing of a beautiful MX-5.
Drove down three hours, loved it, then took some time to find my own financing rate I could live with.
Premier got me a much better rate than I could get through my banks, and upon purchasing, they delivered it to me three hours away!

Dmitri explained what he thought was the issue and offered me solutions to fix it on my own - clearly he was knowledgeable of the issue and not just looking for work. “When my dashboard lit up like Christmas on my way home from work I drove to Sullivan Tire in Sandwich since my gps said it was less than 1/4 mile away.It was late so I left my car since it was not driveable. It was pouring rain and dark and I have PTSD and not having my vehicle makes me feel trapped and anxious. The female that helped me explained everything to me and she called me a Lyft. She called me first thing in the morning as promised and again explained the best repair process going forward.She pretty much kept me from having a panic attack and I can’t describe how completely calming that felt.I can not express enough how grateful I am for her help. In this day and age this type of compassion and help is unheard of but Sullivan and its employee have far exceeded 5 stars.”
