Store is fine but the bathroom is disgusting with pink looking bacteria in the toilet and the sink has basically turned brown.
Seems like a management issue or higher to me.

Signed up online for a “free Covid vaccine” and when I showed up for my appointment, they don’t take my insurance. Which is pretty standard insurance United Health Care. Took them 1/2 hour to be able to tel me that.

I wish I could give 0 stars just for the pharmacy. There is one pharmacist there that is beyond rude. Argued with me and argued with my doctors office about a prior Auth that she didn't know how to find. Its been a week now and my script hasn't been filled. Dreading calling and talking to that woman again.

My doctor called in a very important prescription to Walgreens duxbury. Before I decided to travel there to pick it up I called. That was 3:35p. I was told it would take "some time" to fill. I arrived at the drive thru at 4:06p. The pharmacy tech said they didn't have a prescription in the system. I told her to recheck saying I'd just called and the tech said they just received it and they would process it. At that point the tech saw it in the system and informed me it would be another 45 minutes until it was ready. I told her I'd wait. She repeated "It will be 45 minutes". I told her I understood.I previously had my scripts serviced at this location but moved them to Marshfield because of exactly this type of horrible service . For some reason this script had to be filled in duxbury but never again. When someone is sick this is not what you would expect from a healthcare provider.

I have not heard why the drive through pharmacy is sporadically closed. When it is open there's many cars in line. My point for writing this review is to give Denise the pharmacy worker kudos for her patience & kindness. She deserves a raise!! There is no where on the website to let the manager know about her excellent customer service.

To start, I agree with the yelp written on 9/13 and 12/21....the manager Kayla is rude. No pharmacist and it is impossible to order toothpaste and shampoo on line to pick up at the store. The system tells you to order from Duxbury. Kayla is good at hanging up when the customer calls trying to give her store business. It's Kayla's way or go to CVS

I was charged additional money for my prescriptions today. When I asked why I was told because the supply was bumped up to three months. I was advised to call my insurance company to address possible deductible issues. Once I opened the script THERE WERE TWO. My current one and an old script that hasn't been filled or requested in months. When I called I was told I could speak to the pharmacist. That never happened and after a very frustrating call, I was told if I don't get the unneccesary script back to them before they close they won't refund me. That would be great except I work and can't make it back before they close. They won' clear it up with insurance either. Error on their part that I'm paying for, literally.

I placed an online order that was cancelled by the store and I never received an email letting me know. Unfortunately I drove all the way to the store only to be spoken rudely to by the manager upon asking a few simple questions about how the process of putting online items aside worked. I did not appreciate the tone she used and while I realize that there are often difficult customers that approach with a negative attitude I at no point yelled or spoke rudely to the employees. I was frustrated by the manner in which I was spoken to and frankly it was disrespectful. I hope that my next experience will be better but I will not likely return to this branch of Walgreens in the future.

Not sure why the pharmacy is run primary by people over the age of 80. However, the staff working here miserable. Rolling eyes, annoyed looks, terrible customer service... it's not my fault this is your job i'm just picking up a prescription! It always takes 30 minutes to get anything from this pharmacy. switching now... generously proportioned women with white pixie cut is a witch.

I live near this store and do like to come in and pick things up at least once a week. I use the pharmacy , but I am often very frustrated with the service. I was prescribed an antibiotic today and after several hours decided to call the store to see if it was ready. I was put on hold where I remained for 22 minutes. Every now and then someone would pick up the phone and say” hold” and put it right back down to that same song, you know the one. I finally gave up and decided to call the automated service which said it needed to transfer me to a pharmacist, same song , no thanks. Decided to just come down to the store, and was told my antibiotic could be ready in 20 minutes. I walked around, got a text after about 15 minutes but then had to stand in line, where I was the only one waiting for another 10 minutes. No one even acknowledged me. There were people getting shots etc. I realize it’s a busy time of year for that but to not even say “I’ll be with you in a minute” or whatever and then take forever searching around for the med when clearly someone from the pharmacy texted me that it was ready while I was right in store-I don’t know just feel like there’s not very good customer service in the pharmacy here. It’s frustrating that some thing that should take 10 minutes to run in and get ends up wasting two hours of your day.
