I had my car towed to this location from a breakdown. They were quick to assess, quote, give me the best possible price. They were friendly, helpful, courteous and invited me to look at my car on the lift to show me exactly what was wrong. They special ordered the part and had it fixed by the following morning. I can't say enough about their service and family-like atmosphere at this branch.

I was a long time customer of Marshfield Tire and was surprised when I went to get my oil changed that it was now VIP Auto. I decided to give them a try and was extremely pleased with the service. My oil change was done right away. I have since had the brakes done and gotten a new set of tires. Each time I was greeted with a smile and the service was done on time and at the price I was quoted. I plan on bringing my vehicles back in the future.

I brough my car in on a Sunday to VIP-Marshfield for a new battery and to have my brakes and tires evaluated for replacement. The staff was great and the customer service was top notch. They walked me through what needed to be done and took the time to show me and explain the options. All quality parts and very reasonable pricing. Will use them exclusively for my auto service needs going forward,,

I had an excellent experience bringing my car to VIP Tire and Auto for a maintenance light check. They were able to get my car in within a few days and return to me the following day. They were thorough and took the time to explain to me what was going on with my car including pricing prior to proceeding. The prices were reasonable and they offered AAA discount for labor services. I will definitely be returning to VIP Tire and Auto for my future car needs!

Clean facility with comfortable waiting room. Appreciated the ease of making appointment and the absence of a hard sell for services not needed at this time. Overall projected a sense of trust which will earn my loyalty.

I called late afternoon to see if they had availability because another place couldn’t get my car on their lift because of my cars ride height and they got me done within a few hours. I wasn’t expecting it to be done so soon so i asked if they could throw in an alignment and balance the rear tires for me as well and they did. everyone was so nice, definitely recommendServices: Tires

Thank You VIP Marshfield MAI knew that I needed service on my Jeep. With holidays coming I needed to crunch numbers, then I remembered I had been given a coupon book a few months ago. Perfect! I was able to get service that was need and had another add on service that I also had in my coupon book. Two things crossed off my list at once. Hooray!The staff was pleasant and accommodating while I waited for service to be done. I would also like to comment on how neat and clean the establishment isI will definitely go back.

They were timely and courteous. Got tires installed, pretty good rate. My tire pressure gauge light came back on because the wheels were from a previous car. I brought it back and they straightened it out for me in minutes, no problem. Definitely going back again.

I came here to get an inspection on a used car I was about to buy as I was hearing noises and wanted to know what, if any problems there were. The crew was very nice and I was able to get a full in-depth inspection for only $29. A few days later my brakes blew down the road from the shop. I was scared and didn’t know what to do. Luckily, I was able to safely get to VIP. I came in knowing they were probably busy but, hoping they could help. They were so good to me and took my car in within the hour and diagnosed that my rear brake lines were so rusted they had blown. (I’d like to add that the rust issue was noted on my previous inspection they had given.) They were then able to fix the problem and I was back on the road the next day. I don’t know what I would have done without them. Thank you guys for taking such good care of me and my car when I was desperate and upset from the mechanical failure I just experienced. I would recommend this shop to all my family and friends. They work hard and efficiently and get the job done quickly.Thanks again VIP!

First time using VIP for car maintenance. Very professional in take process. Questions asked, answered and work order done exactly as requested. Prices competitive and fair, work done in a reasonable amount of time. Will return when additional work required. Today I took my car here to get serviced. I scheduled to have my oil changed, an inspection done, and my coolant temperature sensor replaced. I dropped my car off and headed to work. Got a call from the receptionist about 4 hours after dropping my car there, saying that she has a lot of stuff to go over with me. I went to pick up my car and she gives me a laundry list of services needed. The invoice was so long, after leaving and overlooking it I realized I was overcharged multiple times for the same service. Overall the receptionist quoted me over $4,000 to fix everything. The staff were nice, but it's hard to find a trustworthy car shop. Most always take advantage of people like me who don't know any different and trust the professionals.
