I have had an outstanding experience with Austin. I purchased a upgrade on my phone, an apple phone and an iPad at Christmas. He has helped me each step of the way to get started and show me how to work each item. He is a pleasure to work with.

Jeremiah was patient & professional. Walked me through all the steps to replace my old 5 year old non-functioning phone. Advised me on newer model options & accessories needed with no pressure. Being a senior, I appreciated the time he took to answer all my questions. It was a pleasure working with him & he told me to come back with any future concerns, gave me his card & names of the manager & colleagues. From start to follow up, a seamless transaction & model for customer service.

I needed a new phone and wanted to change my carrier to Verizon. I visited the Marshfield location on December 22 and although it was a busy day for him, Jeremiah took the time to answer my questions and help me make decisions. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He even called me on Christmas eve and December 26 with followup information I needed. Jeremiah is a valuable member of your staff.
