RTR used to be a great place to work. They have since gone downhill. This is a nonprofit and the pay is terrible for the work you need to do. You can do the same work at a different company and get paid much better.

They are wonderful with the individuals in the homes and at the Day programs. They treat each one individually based on their likes and dislikes. I highly recommend Road to Responsibility.
