There was a young (assuming male) manager with dark brown hair who did not have good hygiene. He was also very disrespectful to everyone in the store. He was not very professional and left a bad taste in my mouth. I would not recommend this store if this manager is on duty.

This shop is officially targeting tourists, visitors, and posers with little regard for locals. $6 for a bar of wax, when everywhere else in the world sells them for $2-3 a pop. An oddly-fitting t-shirt with the neck stretched out from being on a hanger is $32. The prices are insulting.

I purchased a Levitate Flannel shirt for my husband for Xmas in an XXL. We loved the shirt but it was too small. I returned the shirt and paid $8.55 for the shipping back. The website says you'll get a full refund but they deducted $5.00 from the price I paid. This wasn't stipulated in the website and they never answered my email requesting an explanation. If you need to return something don't expect a full refund.

Great vibes in this place. They are all surf & skate all the time, play good tunes, and shoot straight. If you’re a surgery or looking to learn the New England surf scene, you can’t get better than Levitate.
