The products they sold us were poor quality. Our kitchen was installed in 2016 and two parts have broken. The trash drawer/cabinet no longer closes slowly. The spice rack cabinet doesn’t open all the way and doesn’t close properly. In addition parts of our island have fallen off!! The kick board and the side has bowed and now sticks out. They measured incorrectly and the oven didn’t fit into the cabinet originally planned so we lost a cabinet drawer and never got a refund for it. We complained and complained but didn’t get a response. Finally, the contact person from JF Lumber came to our house and looked at it. He made an adjustment to the spice cabinet but that was it. The design was even poorly done. The island is the focal point and It could be two feet longer than it is. Overall, I would never recommend this company for kitchen renovations.

super unfriendly people! super high prices....we paid about 30% more than buying lumber at lowes and they overcharged us $50 for an extra box of screws!!! massive $118 overcharge on a bill that should have been $200. total rip off. says his lumber is better quality the pieces we were stupid enough to use so now we could not return had massive cracks and gouges. we were making a door and had to remove the wood and flip it over so the good side was showing. awful, awful, awrul.
