Ordered a necklace for my granddaughter that she picked out for her birthday on-line. When she opened it she told me it was not what I ordered, which was a Silver Butterfly Choker, but a necklace with a lock. I sent an email explaining the situation but never heard back. Guess I'm stuck with what I got.
