Chuck and Xander did a fantastic job moving two pellet stoves weighing 390 lbs each. They both were courteous, professional and respectful of our property. I will definitely use Gentle Giant again.

We had Gentle Giant to move us out of our home of 31 years! The guys were exceptional! Very friendly, professional, prompt and handled our belongings very well! The office staff who helped us book the moving was great to work with as well! Highly recommend!!

Every person that I dealt with, from my first inquiry to the completion of my move, was professional, competent and courteous. Chuck and his crew did an awesome job carefully wrapping items for the move and then removing them from the house and placing them in the new house. The move was very efficient and the price more than reasonable. Highly recommend Gentle Giant.

The crew (led by Chuck) was on time, organized, friendly, incredibly fast at packing, loading, and un-loading and perhaps most important extremely kind to my aging and stressed-out parents.
They asked the right questions and paid attention to what they were putting where so that when they left we were in good shape to settle my parents into their new place.

Shaun and his RI based team of gentlemen movers were kind, professional, detail oriented and considerate. I knew my things were in good hands. My fourth move with Gentle giant!
I had a second "move" just today with Gentle Giant, and Chuck Howe was terrific. He texted me so that if I had any questions, I could communicate with him. He was pleasant upon arrival and took care of my extra belongings.

This is the 3rd time we have moved with Gentle Giant. They far exceeded our expectations each time. Prompt, courteous, professional, and very careful with our belongings. Each time the final price was as quoted in the estimate. If we ever have to move again, we won't even consider calling anyone else.

Gentle Giant did an outstanding job for us! All eight team members we interacted with were highly competent professionals, with great attitudes. Matt L’s evaluation of the job, Erin in the office, Paul and Colm’s prep / packing work, and on move day, Matt K with Sean, Tim, Chuck and Jack…all were terrific. During my career I led an outstanding 5,000 person global logistics operation. This Gentle Giant team is top notch! Christy and I recommend them without reservation.
